Regarding your situation, it's important to remember that God calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves, even in difficult circumstances. The Bible tells us, Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don't curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep. Be of the same mind one toward another. Don't set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Don't be wise in your own conceits. Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. Romans 12:14-17 (WEB).
We do not condone her behavior, as we are all called to obey the laws of the land as long as they do not contradict God's laws. Let's every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore, he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and they that withstand will receive to themselves judgment. Romans 13:1-2 (WEB).
We also need to discuss the reference to the woman's sexual orientation. We must not have hatred or judgment against her. We must love her as a person, but we also must not support her sin. We must rebuke and correct her and encourage her to change in Jesus' name. This is not a homophobic comment, but a call to love and repentance. The Bible clearly states that homosexuality is a sin. We must point that out, but we must not hate nor attack her for this. Or don't you know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don't be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God. And such were some of you, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 (WEB).
We commend you for seeking a resolution through the appropriate channels. Continue to pray for this situation and trust that God, in His sovereignty, will bring about a resolution that is in accordance with His will. Also, pray for the manager. Pray for her salvation. She is also doing wrong and needs to change in Jesus' name.
We must also discuss the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is also only by His blood shed on the cross that we receive salvation. And in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 (WEB).
