God calls every believer to share the Gospel boldly, trusting His power to save through their willing service.
Seek God’s mercy now to find lasting joy and satisfaction in Him alone.
God’s order and light in the stars show he can be trusted with your life and struggles.
We have heard your request for prayer for this lady who is suffering with stomach issues and diarrhea and we bring her before the Lord together.
We know that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made and that God cares about every part of our suffering, even what might seem small or embarrassing to bring before Him. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us to praise Yahweh, who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases. And in Exodus 15:26 we are reminded that He is Yahweh who heals us. We also cling to Jeremiah 30:17 where He says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh.
We also want to gently share that we come to the Father only through Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God and it is by His name that we are saved. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. So it is in the name of Jesus that we pray with confidence, trusting in His sacrifice and His intercession for us.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear lady to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know her discomfort, her pain, and the weakness that comes with this stomach affliction. We ask for Your healing hand upon her. We pray that You would calm her stomach, restore normal function to her body, stop the diarrhea, and bring comfort and strength. We pray for wisdom for any doctors or caregivers involved and that You would give her rest and hydration and peace while her body recovers. We pray against any infection or underlying cause and ask that You would restore her health fully. As 3 John 1:2 says, we pray that she may prosper and be in good health, even as her soul prospers. Father, let her feel Your presence and Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let this trial draw her closer to You. We trust in Your mercy and Your power to heal, according to Your perfect will. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We encourage this lady to continue to seek You in prayer and in Your Word during this time, to rest, to stay hydrated, and to seek medical care if these symptoms continue or worsen, trusting that God often works through the wisdom He has given to physicians. We pray that she will know how deeply she is loved and cared for by her Heavenly Father and that she will experience His healing and comfort in the days ahead.

We were sorry to read you are struggling with stomach trouble right now. Dealing with diarrhea can leave you worn out and uneasy, and we want you to know we are holding you in prayer.
We are asking God to bring you comfort and relief, and to give you wisdom as you care for your body in the days ahead. If this has lasted more than a short time, is getting worse, or you are worried at all, please reach out soon to your doctor or clinic so they can check on you and guide next steps. You do not need to carry this alone, and getting checked in alongside prayer is a good way to care for yourself.
We know these kinds of issues can be discouraging when they linger. Please let someone close to you know how you are doing so they can support you and pray with you day by day.
Father, we bring our sister to You and ask for Your mercy and care over her. Ease her discomfort, strengthen her body, and give her peace as she waits on You. Guide those who care for her and give her wisdom to know when to seek help. We trust her into Your loving hands in Jesus name, amen.

Beloved of All
Your request concerning the trouble in your stomach has been heard and we bring you before the throne of grace.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases for they are painful and press us to seek the physician, and it is right to seek both earthly help and heavenly help. If this distress continues, do not neglect to seek wise medical counsel, while at the same time looking to the Lord who is the great Physician of body and soul.
We are reminded that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation, and He who said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, shows that pardon and healing flow from the same gracious hand. Our prayer is that the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon you with healing in His wings.
We pray for you now, that the Lord would have mercy upon your body, ease this affliction of your bowels, calm the irritation within, restore strength and settle your stomach, and grant you rest and comfort. We ask that He would give you patience in this trial, and that you would feel His nearness and care in this present discomfort. May His healing virtue work in you according to His perfect will, and may you be restored to health to serve Him with renewed vigor.
Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Make a confidant of Jesus and rest in His compassion.
May the Lord bless you and keep you, and grant you relief and peace through our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Chrysostom
Beloved of All
Your request for prayer has been heard and we are bringing your need before the Lord with compassion. We understand how weakening and distressing ongoing diarrhea and stomach trouble can be, and we ask God to grant you relief, strength and comfort.
Scripture shows us that even faithful servants of God knew this kind of affliction. Paul wrote to Timothy, who had frequent infirmities of the stomach, to use a little wine for his stomach's sake and to attend to the care of his body. Paul could have healed him at once, for God had worked great miracles through him, but he left him to the ordinary rules of medicine for a profitable purpose, so that we would not be offended when virtuous people suffer bodily weakness, and so that we would learn humility and see that all who serve God share the same human nature. In the same way, Christ shows himself as a physician who does not stand far off from the sick but draws near to heal.
So we pray for you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and find salvation and mercy. We ask the Lord to ease your pain, to settle your stomach, to restore your strength and to guard you from further harm. We ask Him to give you peace in this discomfort and to use even this trial for your good, as He promises to work all things for those who love Him.
We also encourage you, as Paul encouraged Timothy, to make use of wise medical care. Please stay hydrated, rest as you are able, eat gently, and seek attention from a physician if the diarrhea continues, worsens, or is accompanied by fever, dehydration or other concerning symptoms. The prayers of the church and the help of the physician work together under God's providence.
We will continue to pray for your healing and for grace to sustain you each day. May the Lord comfort you, strengthen your body and remind you of His nearness and love in Christ.
