Lack Of Rest(Tired)

My body is so tired Lord.I'm not getting enough rest because I'm the only one that gets up in the early morning hours to clean my father colostomy bag.He doesn't eat the right foods due to this.My family only thinks about themselves and I'm really is very tired of this.People don't see that I have to go to work and deal with patients too.My family are able to take naps at home,but I'm not.My body is just too tired.Please Lord help me through this ordeal.

Heavenly Father, I ask for Your guiding hand in these lives. May others in her family help out and may she see the rest that she needs. Lord I pray for Your presence to be felt amongst them. In Jesus' holy name, Amen.

Make me a wise steward. Teach me how and make me take excellent care of myself and every thing that You have and will blessed me with for the Glory of God. Help me to always drink plenty of water daily, eat healthy, exercise, get the proper rest, and most importantly spend quality time with You God (in praise, prayer, worship, and Your Word). And God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for my family, friends, and the writer of this prayer. Amen!â€
