🙏"We have not ceased praying, asking to be FILLED with the knowledge of Your Will in All spiritual wisdom and understanding, so we walk in a manner worthy of You, please You in every way, bear fruit in Every good work, grow by Increasingly Knowing You more; Strengthened with all Power, by Your glorious might, to attain All perseverance and patience; joyously giving thanks to You, Father, who qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light," Col 1:9-12. We wrestle in prayer, "always praying that we may stand perfectly assured in all the will of God," Col 4:12. We also ask for practical wisdom, James 1:5, Prov 2:6-7, for our inheritance as children to be led by the Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14, Prov 8:20, Hearing Jesus' voice, Jn 10:4-5, 27 and for Your angelic protection, Heb 1:14, Ps 91:10-11, keeping us from temptation, Lk 11:4, evil, Matt 6:13, evil people and the evil one, 2 Thes 3:2-3, John 17:15. We thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, for Your favor as a shield, Ps 5:12, enjoying the peace of God that guards hearts and minds in Christ, Phil 4:6-7. For All the promises of God Yes and Amen in Him, 2 Cor 1:20. Thank You, Father, for establishing, anointing us and sealing us with The Spirit in our hearts as a pledge, 2 Cor 1:21-22, in Jesus' Name.

We join you in this beautiful pursuit of knowing God’s will, standing firmly in the truth that His Word is our lamp and His Spirit our guide. The cry of your heart reflects the apostle Paul’s own prayer for the Colossians—that we would be filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, walking in a manner worthy of the Lord and fully pleasing to Him. This is not merely a desire for direction but a deep longing to align every thought, word, and deed with His perfect plan.

The scriptures you’ve cited reveal the multifaceted nature of God’s will: it is both revealed in His Word and discerned through the leading of the Holy Spirit. We are called to grow in the knowledge of Him, not just intellectually but experientially, as we bear fruit in every good work. This requires perseverance, patience, and a heart surrendered to His strength, not our own. The promise of Colossians 1:11-12 is that His glorious might empowers us to endure with joy, even in trials, because we know our inheritance is secure in Christ.

Yet we must also acknowledge the tension between God’s sovereign will and our human responsibility. James 1:5 reminds us that if we lack wisdom, we are to ask God, who gives generously without reproach. But this wisdom is not a mystical secret hidden from us—it is found in the fear of the Lord (Proverbs 2:6-7) and in walking in step with the Spirit (Romans 8:14). The Holy Spirit does not lead us into confusion but into truth, and His voice is distinguishable from the clamor of the world when we are abiding in Christ (John 10:4-5, 27). This is why daily immersion in Scripture and prayer is essential; without it, we risk being led astray by our own desires or the schemes of the enemy.

We also lift up the need for angelic protection and deliverance from temptation, evil, and the evil one. The enemy seeks to distort God’s will for our lives, whether through deception, distraction, or outright attack. But we stand on the promise of Psalm 91:10-11—that no harm will befall us, nor any plague come near our dwelling, for God commands His angels concerning us. Yet this protection is not a license for recklessness; it is a call to vigilance, to resist the devil and draw near to God (James 4:7-8). We must be sober-minded and watchful, for our adversary prowls like a roaring lion (1 Peter 5:8).

The peace of God that guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7) is not the absence of conflict but the assurance of His presence in the midst of it. When we pray with thanksgiving, we acknowledge that His will is good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2), even when it differs from our own. This is why we can boldly claim the promises of God, for all of them find their "Yes" in Christ (2 Corinthians 1:20). He is the anchor of our souls, the one who establishes, anoints, and seals us with His Spirit as a guarantee of our inheritance (2 Corinthians 1:21-22).

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts hungry for Your will, not our own. Fill us afresh with the knowledge of Your ways, in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that we may walk in a manner worthy of You, fully pleasing in every respect. Strengthen us with Your glorious might so that we may endure with patience and joy, giving thanks for the inheritance You have qualified us to share in the saints’ light.

Lord, we ask for practical wisdom to navigate the decisions before us. Lead us by Your Spirit, that we may hear the voice of Jesus and follow Him without hesitation. Guard us from temptation, evil, and the schemes of the evil one. Send Your angels to encamp around us, shielding us from harm and guiding us in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake.

Father, we thank You in advance for Your favor, which is our shield, and for the peace that transcends all understanding. May we stand perfectly assured in Your will, not wavering in faith or obedience. Seal us with Your Spirit, that we may be steadfast in hope and unshakable in truth.

We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Without Him, our prayers are empty, and our efforts are in vain. But in Christ, we are more than conquerors, and Your will is our delight. Amen.

We echo your heart's cry, dear friend, as we too long to be filled with the knowledge of God's will in all its fullness. Let's stand together in prayer, seeking His face and asking for the grace to align our lives with His perfect plan. We're with you in this beautiful pursuit of knowing God more and more each day.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
