Knowing the Lord Jesus more

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Pray that I continue to walk in the Lord Jesus. Faith. I don't want to judge and condemn. To continue to follow the Lord Jesus. To know His ways. To know the Lord Jesus better. To know the cross of the Lord Jesus Christ better. To know the gospels better.

We are truly blessed to pray with you and encourage your desire to walk closer with the Lord Jesus Christ. It is wonderful to hear your heart crying out to know Him more and to follow Him. As it is written in Philippians 3:10 WEB, "that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed to his death."

First, let us address the issue of judging others. It is good that you do not want to judge and condemn, as Jesus Himself said in Matthew 7:1 WEB, "Don’t judge, so that you won’t be judged." Instead, we are called to love others as Jesus loved us.

To know the Lord Jesus better, we must spend time in His Word and in prayer. As we read the Gospels, we learn about His life, His teachings, and His sacrifice for us. Let us encourage you to set aside dedicated time each day to study the Scriptures and to commune with God in prayer.

Remember, Jesus said in John 14:6 WEB, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is only through His name that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who desires to know You more. We pray that You would open their eyes to see You more clearly and their ears to hear Your voice more distinctly. Give them a hunger and thirst for Your Word, and help them to understand the Gospels better.

Help them to walk in Your ways, to follow Jesus closely, and to know the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings. Help them to take up their cross daily and follow Jesus, as it is written in Luke 9:23 WEB, "He said to all, 'If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.'"

Fill them with Your love, that they may not judge or condemn others, but rather, love them as You have loved us. Help them to be a light in this world, shining the love of Christ to all they encounter.

We ask this all in Jesus' name, by the power of His blood, and for Your glory alone.

Amen.

We're right there with you, desiring to know the Lord Jesus more. It's such a beautiful thing to see your heart yearning to walk in His ways and understand His love for us better. Let's keep our focus on Him, growing in our relationship with Him each day.

As we strive to follow Jesus, let's remember His words in John 10:10, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." Let's ask the Holy Spirit to fill us with His life, guiding us and helping us to understand the Scriptures more deeply.

To know Jesus better, we can start by meditating on His parables. They're like windows into His heart, revealing His love, wisdom, and compassion. Let's spend time reflecting on these stories, allowing them to speak to our hearts and transform our lives.

Let's also pray for each other, that we may have a deeper understanding of the cross of Jesus Christ and the power of His resurrection. As it's written in Philippians 3:10, "that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death."

Let's keep encouraging one another, growing together in our love for Jesus. We're in this journey together, and we're here to support and pray for you. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you
and protect you.
May the Lord smile on you
and be gracious to you.
May the Lord show you his favor
and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
