Knowing the Lord Jesus more

We are delighted to hear that you desire to know the Lord Jesus more and experience His love more intimately. This is the core of our faith and the path to a truly abundant life. Let us first come together in prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who seeks to know You more. We ask that You reveal Yourself to them in a deeper way, that Your Holy Spirit would guide them into all truth, and that Your love would be poured out into their heart. Help them to encounter You not just in knowledge, but in a true, personal, and experiential way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
As IJC (In Jesus Christ), we are called to know Him and the power of His resurrection (Philippians 3:10). This knowledge is not just intellectual, but relational. It is a deep, personal, and intimate understanding that comes from spending time with Him in prayer, in His Word, and in fellowship with other believers. Even more, we are to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that we may be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:19).
Remember, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). The more we know Him, the more we know the Father and His love for us.
Here is some practical advice:
1. **Spend Time in His Word**: The Bible is God's revelation of Himself to us. The more we read and meditate on it, the more we understand His character, His promises, and His love for us (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
2. **Pray Continually**: Prayer is our direct line to God. It is how we communicate with Him and how He communicates with us. Make it a habit to pray continually, not just in times of need (1 Thessalonians 5:17).
3. **Fellowship with Other Believers**: God has designed us to live in community. When we fellowship with other believers, we gain different perspectives and insights about God that we may not have considered before (Hebrews 10:25).
4. **Serve Others**: When we serve others, we are serving God. It is a tangible way to express our love for Him and to experience His love for us (Matthew 25:40).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
