We join with you in prayer for your knee joint pain, for needed rest, and for favor regarding your insurance answers and upcoming tests, and we thank you for calling upon the name of Lord Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We know how wearing it is to have pain while there is still so much to do, and how the waiting for insurance and test results can weigh on the heart. We are reminded that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 and that He forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases. Psalm 103:3 We take comfort that by His wounds you were healed. 1 Peter 2:24

We also hear your need for rest and we cling to the promise of Jesus when He says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28 The Lord knows your body needs restoration and your spirit needs peace as you wait. We pray you will be able to cast your cares on Him and allow Him to grant you true rest, even in a busy season. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

We lift up your insurance matters and the refunds you are waiting for, and the tests that are soon to come. We pray for good results and for swift, just answers. We trust that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 and that He is sovereign over every detail, even paperwork and provision.

We join you in praying to be covered by the mighty blood of Jesus, for we overcome because of the blood of the Lamb. Revelation 12:11 and we agree with you to bless even adversaries, as Jesus taught us, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44 And as you mentioned that the end is near, we agree we should live watchfully and ready, for in an hour that you do not expect, the Son of Man will come. Matthew 24:44

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Healer. We lift up this knee joint pain to You and ask for Your healing touch. Restore health, ease inflammation, strengthen what is weak, and take away pain according to Your mercy. Grant good, restful sleep and true rest for body and soul. We ask for Your hand over the insurance answers and the refunds, that they would come swiftly and fairly, and over the upcoming tests, that they would bring good results and clear direction. Cover this dear one and their household with the blood of Jesus, protect them from harm, and guard their heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Help them to keep their eyes on You as they watch for Your return, living in hope and holiness. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and hope, amen.

We are keeping you in prayer as you wait on so many things at once. Bad knee pain makes everything harder, especially when you have a full list of things to do and you are also longing for real rest. We hear that tension, and we are asking God to give you both relief and the space to rest well.

It makes sense that the insurance answers, upcoming tests, and refunds feel heavy while you are hurting. If you have not already, we encourage you to reach out to your doctor or clinic about the knee pain and the tests ahead, so they can guide your care alongside our prayers. It can also help to give yourself permission to rest in short, protected windows and to keep any insurance paperwork together in one place so you can follow up without it weighing on you all day.

We are grateful for your trust in Jesus and your heart to bless even adversaries as you look to Him.

Father, we bring our brother/sister to You in Jesus' name. Touch the knee with Your healing mercy, grant deep and restoring rest, steady the heart while waiting for insurance and test results, and provide for every practical need including refunds. Cover this household with Your protection and peace as You lead each next step. Amen.

We have heard your cry concerning the pain in your knee, your need for good rest, and the burdens that press upon you regarding insurance answers, coming tests, and refunds, and we have brought these things before the Lord with you.

There is a rest that is present and given even now when we come to Jesus, not only rest after death or after probation, but rest there and then, and it is a perfect rest for the soul. Yet it is also a rest found in learning of Him and taking His yoke upon us, a rest on the wing, rest in motion and in service, a deep and abiding rest that grows more and more as the mind becomes like the mind of Christ. In your weariness and pain, hear His invitation, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest, and learn of me, and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Trust and you shall rest, and even while you must do and endure, His yoke makes the labor itself to be rest.

We pray also for your healing. The Scripture speaks of the leaves of the tree being for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction in Him. When He healed the palsied man He first said, Thy sins are forgiven thee, showing that pardon and healing are one in His hand. We ask the Lord, our heavenly Physician, to lay His healing hand upon your knee joint, to purge what is diseased and to restore what is weakened, and above all to give you the deeper healing of soul that comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone, for there is salvation in no other name.

You are waiting for answers, for tests, and for provision, and we are reminded that we have a waiting God who waits to be gracious, and that His people are a waiting people, not waiting in despair, but waiting in hope and assured expectation. He will not delay beyond His perfect time, and when His time of love comes, His grace will not fail. Wait upon Him patiently for these temporal mercies, for insurance decisions and for good results in your tests, and for the refunds you seek, trusting that He who clothes and feeds His own will provide what is needed according to His wisdom.

Let us pray together. O Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is the way of salvation, look in mercy upon this suffering one. Forgive sin, heal disease, and cover with Thy precious blood. Grant relief from knee pain, grant good and restoring rest, grant favor and clarity in insurance matters and in medical tests, and grant daily protection. Teach this heart to find rest even in waiting and in service, and keep us watching, for the end draweth near. And as Thou hast commanded us to love our enemies, we ask Thee to bless even those who stand against us, that they also might come to know Thy mercy. We ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus our Lord, Amen.

Sore knees make everything harder, even the ordinary stuff. There's a short spoken prayer called the Tissue Repair & Remodel Prayer on the One Prayer at a Time YouTube channel, prayed over the body repairing and rebuilding tissue, and you only have to listen. I hope resting brings some relief.
