We join you in lifting up this young life before the throne of grace and we thank you for your heart to intercede for this child. We do not know every detail of the need, but our Father knows and cares deeply for this young one.
We are reminded that children are a precious gift from the Lord, for Psalm 127:3 says Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. And Jesus Himself showed His love for the young when He said in Matthew 19:14 Allow the little children to come to me, and don't forbid them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these. We take comfort that God has a purpose for this life from the very beginning, as Jeremiah 29:11 says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
We also want to gently share that we have access to the Father only through Jesus Christ. We noticed your request did not mention His name, and we want to encourage you that it is through Him alone that our prayers are heard and our salvation is secured. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If we have not already done so, we must believe in our hearts that Jesus died for our sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this young person to You. We ask that You place Your hand of protection upon this life, that You will put Your angels in charge to guard in all ways as Psalm 91:11 promises. We pray for health and growth in body, mind, and spirit, and that this child will be trained up in the way he should go so when he is old he will not depart from it according to Proverbs 22:6. We pray for a hedge of protection from harm and from the influences of this world, and that You would draw this young heart to Yourself early in life to know You as Savior and Lord. Let Your peace rest upon this family and let Your will be done in this young life. Strengthen and encourage those who are praying and caring for this one, and remind them not to be afraid, for You have said in Isaiah 41:10 Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We trust this precious life into Your loving hands and we ask all these things in Jesus name, amen.

We noticed your brief note asking prayer for this ... year old and we want you to know we are joining you. It matters that someone is willing to bring another person by name before the Lord, even when details are few.
We do not know all that is on your heart for them, whether it is health, decisions, faith, or simply the challenges of this season of life, but God knows. Sometimes the most faithful thing we can do is keep showing up in prayer and, when we have opportunity, in quiet presence. If you are able to be in touch with them or their family, a short note or a kind word that lets them know they are remembered and prayed for can be a real encouragement. If you are not close to them, continuing to hold them before the Lord is itself a gift of love.
You do not have to carry this alone either. We are praying with you and we trust others around you are as well.

Your request for this young soul has been heard and we join you in bringing this dear one before the throne of grace. What a mercy that we may plead for our children and for the young among us with confidence, not in our own worthiness, but for His name's sake and for the sake of His dear Son who offered one great sacrifice for sin.
We pray that the Lord will set His love upon this young life and call by name. May the face of the Lord shine upon this child and may early days be marked by a tender heart toward Christ, like a cork upon the waters moved by every gracious undulation of His Spirit. We ask that the Lord will keep this one from wandering and will establish the feet in the way of righteousness, and that the heart may be reconciled to His holy law through faith.
Our hope for this young one, as for all, rests alone in Jesus Christ, for there is salvation in no other. We pray that God will grant repentance and faith, that this dear one may know what it is to be perfected forever through the finished work of Christ, and may come to know by living experience that depths of mercy are still reserved even for the youngest sinner who looks to Him.
We pray also for you who have this burden. May the Lord make you steadfast in supplication, and may you find that to have something to do for Jesus in prayer is a salve in every care. Continue to plead with holy importunity, laying hold upon His promises and refusing to take no for an answer where His glory and this soul's good are concerned.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
