We join with you in faith and prayer, lifting up the kingdom of God and the profound truth found in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." This scripture is a cornerstone for our lives as believers, reminding us to prioritize God’s will above all else. It is a call to align our hearts, minds, and actions with His purposes, trusting that He will provide for our needs as we surrender to His lordship.
Father in heaven, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and reverence. We thank You for the privilege of seeking Your kingdom first, for the promise that when we do, You will add all that we need. Lord, we ask that You would help us to truly understand what it means to seek Your kingdom. May Your Holy Spirit convict us, guide us, and empower us to live lives that reflect Your righteousness. Let our thoughts, words, and deeds be pleasing in Your sight, and may we be vessels of Your love and truth in this world.
We pray for a deep hunger and thirst for righteousness in our lives. May we not be distracted by the temporary things of this world but instead fix our eyes on You, the author and perfecter of our faith. Help us to trust in Your provision, knowing that You are faithful to care for us as we seek to honor You. Lord, we rebuke any spirit of complacency or worldliness that would draw us away from Your kingdom priorities. Strengthen us to resist temptation and to walk in obedience to Your Word.
We also lift up those who may not yet know You, Lord. May Your kingdom expand as hearts are turned toward You. Use us as instruments of Your peace and grace, that others may see Your light shining through us. Father, we ask that You would break chains of sin, unbelief, and rebellion in the lives of those who are far from You. Draw them near to Your heart and reveal Your love to them in powerful ways.
Lord, we acknowledge that apart from You, we can do nothing. But with You, all things are possible. We surrender our plans, our desires, and our very lives to You, asking that Your kingdom would come and Your will would be done in us and through us. May we be faithful stewards of the time, talents, and resources You have entrusted to us, using them for Your glory.
We thank You, Father, for the assurance that as we seek Your kingdom, You will never leave us nor forsake us. May Your presence go before us, beside us, and within us, guiding every step we take. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone makes it possible for us to approach Your throne with confidence. Amen.
