🕊️Kindness of God Leads Wife to Repentance to Godliness with Contentment, 1 Tim 6:6, Honesty, Listening to Pastors, Mothering, Trembling at His Word, Isaiah 66:2, Fear of Lord and Hatred of Evil, Ps 119:128, Prov 8:13, 2 Cor 7:10-11 ⏎ from Sin Rom 2:4, 🥜 Planting + 💦 = God's Growth 🌱 1 Cor 3:6-7, His Glory Ps 115:1-3, Salvation Belongs to Our God, Who Sits Upon The Throne, and Unto The Lamb, Rev 7:2, Holy Spirit's Work Jn 16:8, Humbling Restoring Dan 4:28-37 2 Co 7:9-10...

🙌 Father, we thank You that Your Word does not return void, but like the rain and snow come down from heaven to water the earth and make it vivacious, so is the Word effective in fulfilling the purposes You have ordained for it to accomplish, Isa 55:10-11. Thank You the seed is the Word of God, and that seeds have been planted, Mark 4:14, Mark 4:26, Mark 4:27, Mark 4:28, Mark 4:29. From You and through You and back to You be all glory, Rom 11:36. Please continue working on this wife's heart by bringing fresh truth, restraining evil and carrying any work You've begun on to completion until the day of Christ, Phil 1:6.

🧎🏽‍♂️CONTINUE to bring others into her path to water seeds, speak truth and show the kindness of God, Rom 2:4, and across the paths of all who have heard the word from all time, especially the last several months, especially for our patriarchal and matriarchal figures, progeny and posterity. Since the steps of the righteous are ordered by You, Ps 37:23, as evidenced by the evangelist and the foreign official reading Isaiah 53 in Acts 8:26-31, the believer in Acts 9:10-11 who was told to go find the future Apostle to the Gentiles, and the Apostles directed to go help a certain man, Acts 16:6-10. You, being perfect AND patient, not willing any perish but rather that all come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, and desire all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, even using prayer to that ends, 1 Tim 2:1-4.

🙌 Thanksgiving for our prayers that You are actively using, as "The Word of God is Living and Active and Sharper than any Two-edged Sword, Piercing as far as division of Soul and Spirit, and Judging the Thoughts and Intents of The Heart," Heb 4:12. "My Father is Always Working Even Until Now, And I Myself am Working," Jesus, John 5:17...

🙌 Thank You we and they ARE currently hearing Your Word by The Holy Spirit, John 16:8, we believe before honor comes humility, Prov 18:12, You are humbling those who need to be humbled, Dan 4:37 that they come to their senses, Dan 4:34, 2 Tim 2:26, as the prodigal in Luke 15:17, and Hosea's wife in Hos 2:6-7, and we are experiencing Your Protection as YOU Keep us, them, progeny, folks, ministry partners, fellow servants of Christ and stewards of The Mysteries of The Word of God, 1 Cor 4:1-2, and us ALL from evil, deception, lies, temptation, sin, evil people and the evil one by receiving the love of the truth that we may be saved, 2 Thes 2:9-10. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, thank You for being a rewarder of diligent seeking, Heb 11:6, and that fervent prayers of those made righteous by faith avail much and prevail, James 5:16. Thank You for all this and more, great and mighty things, Jer 33:3, beyond all we can ask of imagine, Eph 3:20, in Jesus’ Name, John 14:13-14, The Amen, Faithful Witness, Originator of God's Creation, Rev 3:14, in Him are all the Promises Inherited, Yes and Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join with you in this burden for your wife and for your marriage, and we thank God for your desire to see her led by His kindness into true repentance and godliness with contentment.

We agree that godliness with contentment is great gain, 1 Tim 6:6, and that it is the goodness and kindness of God that leads to repentance, Rom 2:4. We pray that the Lord would continue the good work He has begun in her, for we are confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ, Phil 1:6. We are thankful that you understand that one plants and another waters, but God gives the increase, 1 Cor 3:6, and that salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, Rev 7:10.

The heart you are praying for is the heart God desires, one that trembles at His word, Isa 66:2, that hates evil and loves what is good, for the fear of Yahweh is to hate evil, Prov 8:13, and that esteems all His precepts concerning all things to be right and hates every false way, Ps 119:128. True godly sorrow works repentance to salvation which brings no regret, 2 Cor 7:10, and we pray that this work would be evident in honesty, in teachability under faithful pastors, and in joyful, faithful mothering and wifehood according to Scripture.

We stand on the promise that as the rain comes down and the snow from the sky, and does not return there, but waters the earth, so shall His word be that goes out of His mouth, it shall not return void, but shall accomplish that which He pleases, Isa 55:10-11. The seed is the word, Mark 4:14, and we thank Him that seeds have been planted and watered. We ask that He would restrain evil and deception and that His Holy Spirit would continue to convict of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment, John 16:8, for the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart, Heb 4:12.

We pray that He would humble where humbling is needed, for before honor is humility, Prov 18:12, as He humbled Nebuchadnezzar until he lifted his eyes to heaven and reason returned to him, Dan 4:34, Dan 4:37, and as the prodigal came to himself, Luke 15:17, and as He hedged in Hosea's wife to cause her to return, Hos 2:6-7, that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, 2 Tim 2:26. We ask that He would order steps divinely as He did for Philip and the Ethiopian, Acts 8:26-31, and for Ananias to find Saul, Acts 9:10-11, and for Paul in the vision of the Macedonian man, Acts 16:9, for the steps of a good man are ordered by Yahweh, Ps 37:23. We ask Him to continue to bring others across her path and the paths of your household, your patriarchal and matriarchal figures, your progeny and posterity, to speak truth and to show the kindness of God, and to water what has been sown.

We also affirm with you that marriage is a holy covenant before God between one man and one woman for life, and we pray for your marriage to be strengthened in that biblical order, with your wife growing in reverence for the Lord, in love for you as her husband, and in nurturing care as a mother, that your home would reflect Christ and the church and bring glory to Him, for not to us, Yahweh, not to us, but to your name give glory, for your loving kindness and for your truth's sake, Ps 115:1.

And we thank Him with you in advance, believing that whatever we ask in the name of Jesus He will do, John 14:13, for without Him we have no access to the Father, and there is salvation in no other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We thank Him that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him, Heb 11:6, and that the insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective, James 5:16, and that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, Eph 3:20, and that He will call to us and show us great and mighty things which we do not know, Jer 33:3. We trust Him to keep you, your wife, your children, your fellow servants and stewards of the mysteries of God, 1 Cor 4:1, from evil and from the evil one, as you receive a love of the truth that you may be saved, 2 Thess 2:10.

Father, we thank You together for Your living Word at work even now, for You are always working, John 5:17, and we ask You to bring fresh truth, deep conviction, tender repentance, honesty without deceit, a willing ear to hear faithful shepherds, and a joyful embrace of godly motherhood and wifehood. Let Your kindness triumph, let Your Word prevail, let Your glory alone be displayed, for from You, and through You, and to You are all things, to You be glory forever, Rom 11:36. We ask all this in the name of Jesus, our Amen and Faithful Witness, in whom all the promises of God are Yes and Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We are joining you in prayer for your wife and for your whole family, and we hear the faithful love in how you keep bringing her before the Lord. Your desire to see honesty, contentment in Him, a tender heart toward His Word, and faithful mothering take deeper root is good and God honoring, and we thank Him with you for every seed of truth that has already been planted.

We take comfort with you that our part is to plant and water in prayer and with kindness, and God Himself gives the growth in His perfect timing and patience. True turning of the heart is more than sorrow in a moment, it is a real change of direction that the Holy Spirit works quietly over time as He humbles and restores. Waiting for that work can be heavy, and your steady, patient kindness at home matters more than you may see day to day.

It can help to stay rooted yourself while you wait. Keep walking closely with trusted pastors for wisdom and accountability, keep letting the Word shape you, and keep showing the same patient kindness you are asking God to show her. That steadiness helps keep your home a safer place where hearts can remain more open.

Father, we lift this wife and this marriage to You. Continue the good work You have begun in her heart, give her a growing love for truth and contentment in You, and strengthen her husband as he loves her faithfully. Guard this family from evil and guide each of their steps in Your will. In Jesus' name, amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard and we join you in it before the Lord, for you have asked for the very things which God delights to give. You do not ask for ease or outward prosperity, but for that repentance which is unto life, that godliness with contentment which is great gain, and that trembling at His Word which marks the soul to whom He looks with favor.

We pray that the kindness of God may indeed lead to repentance, according to Romans 2:4. There is a repentance which is of the flesh, a carnal sorrow that trembles for a season and then returns to its sin, and there is that holy, healthy, heavenly repentance which is wrought in the renewed heart by the Holy Spirit. The one passes away, the other endures and gives God glory. True repentance will yield works meet for repentance. It is practical, it lasts, it turns from evil because it has seen the evil of sin against so good and glorious a God, and it looks out of self to Christ and to Christ only. For repentance and remission are joined together and are to be preached in His name among all nations, not as the work of man but as the gift of God. Faith which admits Christ as Master and repentance which ejects sin as an evil tenant are inseparable, the one pulling down and the other building up. We ask the Lord to grant that godly sorrow which need not be repented of, which in 2 Corinthians 7 brings forth earnestness and hatred of evil and a fear of the Lord that hates every false way, as it is written in Proverbs 8:13 and Psalm 119:128.

We ask also for that godliness which has promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come, and for contentment to be cultivated with it, as you have asked from 1 Timothy 6:6 and Isaiah 66:2. Contentment is one of the flowers of heaven and must be cultivated. It does not lie in the extent of possessions but in the mind made humble before God. Before honor is humility, and when the Lord humbles as He humbled Nebuchadnezzar, that the heart may come to its senses as the prodigal came to himself and as Hosea sought to restore his wandering spouse, then He also restores. We pray for honesty, for a listening ear to faithful pastors, for grace in mothering, and for a heart that trembles at His Word.

We thank God that His Word does not return void, but as the rain and snow come down from heaven to water the earth, so His Word accomplishes the purpose for which He sent it, Isaiah 55:10-11. The seed is the Word of God, Mark 4:14, and you have planted. Others shall water, but God alone gives the growth, 1 Corinthians 3:6-7. To Him be all glory, Romans 11:36 and Psalm 115:1. Salvation belongs to our God who sits upon the throne and unto the Lamb, Revelation 7:10. We thank Him that the Word is living and active and sharper than any two edged sword, Hebrews 4:12, and that the Father is always working and Christ is working, John 5:17, and that the Spirit convicts of sin and righteousness and judgment, John 16:8.

Therefore we continue to pray that the Lord will order steps as He did for Philip and the Ethiopian in Acts 8, for Ananias to find Saul in Acts 9, and for Paul into Macedonia in Acts 16, bringing others across her path and across the paths of patriarchal and matriarchal figures and of progeny and posterity to water the seed and to speak truth with kindness. He is patient, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9, and He desires all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Timothy 2:4. We ask that He who began a good work will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ, Philippians 1:6, that He will keep you and all who hear His Word from evil and deception and the evil one, as you receive the love of the truth and are saved, 2 Thessalonians 2:10, and that fervent prayer of the righteous which avails much, James 5:16, offered by those made righteous through faith in Jesus Christ alone, may prevail. For marriage is His holy ordinance, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all that pertains to it is to be kept within that covenant in purity and truth.

We thank Him in advance, believing that He rewards those who diligently seek Him, Hebrews 11:6, and that whatsoever we ask in the name of Jesus, the Amen, the faithful Witness, the Originator of creation, Revelation 3:14, in whom all promises are Yes and Amen, 2 Corinthians 1:20, He will do beyond all we ask or imagine, Ephesians 3:20, and show us great and mighty things which we know not, Jeremiah 33:3. May the Lord grant repentance unto life, godliness with contentment, and a heart that fears Him and hates evil, for His own glory.

We join you in thanksgiving that God has given His Word and that it does not return empty, but like rain and snow from heaven it waters the earth and accomplishes His purpose. The seed is the Word of God, and you have been faithful to plant and to water. We remember with you that only God gives the growth, and we trust Him to bring to completion every good work He has begun until the day of Christ.

We pray with you for this wife, that the kindness of God would lead her to true repentance. Scripture teaches that godliness with contentment is great gain, not because it brings worldly wealth, but because it frees the heart from wanting more. We brought nothing into this world and we can carry nothing out, so the gain of godliness is in learning to be content with what God provides and to use this world without clinging to it. We ask the Lord to work this contentment in her heart, and to form in her a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

By godliness Scripture means not only right doctrine but a life that matches it, for it is possible to profess to know God and yet deny Him by works. True godliness shows itself in honesty, in hatred of evil, in honoring His Word, in listening to faithful pastors, and in faithful mothering and ordering of the home. We pray that she would exercise herself toward this kind of godliness, which holds promise both for this life and for the life to come, and that she would tremble at His Word with fear and reverence.

We also pray for repentance that is real and lasting. Godly sorrow produces repentance that leads to salvation without regret, and it is seen not only in tears but in a changed life, in diligence, in eagerness to do what is right, in fear of the Lord and hatred of evil. As you have asked from Romans 2:4 and 2 Corinthians 7, we ask that the Lord would grant her humility before honor, that she would come to her senses as the prodigal did, and receive the love of the truth.

We thank God that He is patient, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, and that He orders steps and brings people across our paths to speak truth and show kindness. We ask Him to continue to bring others to water the seed that has been sown, to restrain evil, to protect you and your household and all who have heard the Word from deception and temptation, and to let His Word run and be glorified.

We will continue to pray that the Holy Spirit who convicts the world of sin and righteousness would work in her heart, that she would hear the Word and receive it with obedience and with fear and trembling, and that your home would display the beauty of a life exercised in godliness, honesty, and contentment for the glory of God alone, to whom belongs all salvation.

Your prayer reflects a deep confidence in the living Word of God and in His gracious character, and it is right to bring your wife and your family before Him in this way.

Scripture teaches that His Word does not return empty but accomplishes what He purposes, like rain that waters the earth and causes it to bring forth growth. The seed is the Word, and when it is planted in the heart God Himself watches over it. Our part is to plant and to water as He gives opportunity, but only God can give the increase. You can trust Him to bring others across her path at the right time to water what has been sown, just as He ordered the steps of the evangelist to the traveler reading Isaiah and directed believers to those He was drawing to Himself. He is patient, not wanting anyone to perish but wanting all to come to repentance and to the knowledge of the truth, and He even uses our prayers to that end.

You asked especially for godliness with contentment. The Bible presents that combination as true riches. Material wealth cannot be trusted and we brought nothing into this world and we will carry nothing out. A person who always wants more is never truly rich, no matter how much he possesses. But godliness, which is becoming like God through Christ who was revealed in the flesh, together with a contented heart that rests in what God has provided, is great gain. It brings peace, joy, hope and love that circumstances cannot take away. It is worth praying that your wife would find that kind of wealth, learning to love what God loves and to rest in His provision day by day, including in her calling as a mother and as a wife.

You also prayed that the kindness of God would lead her to repentance. That is exactly how Scripture describes His work. His kindness is meant to lead us to turn. True repentance is more than tears or regret over a lost blessing. It is a change of mind and heart that turns away from sin and toward God, and it shows itself in fruit. Godly sorrow produces a repentance that leads to life, a hatred of evil, a love for what is right, honesty, a willingness to hear the truth from faithful shepherds, and a heart that trembles at His Word. The Lord says He looks to the one who is humble and contrite and who trembles at His Word. The fear of the Lord causes us to hate evil and to esteem all His precepts as right.

Often God in His mercy humbles us so that we come to our senses, as He did with the proud king who was brought low until he acknowledged that God rules, and as He did with the prodigal who came to himself far from home. The Holy Spirit convicts of sin and righteousness and judgment, and before honor there is humility. You can pray with confidence that God is able to humble, to restrain evil, to protect from deception and temptation, and to carry on to completion the good work He has begun until the day of Christ.

Continue to pray fervently, for the prayer of a righteous person through faith in Christ avails much. Thank Him in advance that He hears, that He rewards those who diligently seek Him, and that He is able to do far beyond all we ask or imagine. Keep planting the Word in love, keep watering with kindness and truth, and keep trusting the Lord to give the growth for His glory, for salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne and to the Lamb. May He keep you and your household, your children and all those you love, in His care, and may He be honored in your home as you walk in faithfulness before Him.

Father, we ask in the name of Jesus that You would continue Your work in this wife's heart. Bring fresh truth, deepen honesty, nurture godliness with contentment, give grace for mothering and for hearing Your Word with a trembling heart, and lead her by Your kindness into a true turning to You. Let Your Word run and accomplish Your purpose, and let all glory be Yours. Amen.
