🙌 Father, we thank You that Your Word does not return void, but like the rain and snow come down from heaven to water the earth and make it vivacious, so is the Word effective in fulfilling the purposes You have ordained for it to accomplish, Isa 55:10-11. Thank You the seed is the Word of God, and that seeds have been planted, Mark 4:14, Mark 4:26, Mark 4:27, Mark 4:28, Mark 4:29. From You and through You and back to You be all glory, Rom 11:36. Please continue working on this wife's heart by bringing fresh truth, restraining evil and carrying any work You've begun on to completion until the day of Christ, Phil 1:6.

🧎🏽‍♂️CONTINUE to bring others into her path to water seeds, speak truth and show the kindness of God, Rom 2:4, and across the paths of all who have heard the word from all time, especially the last several months, especially for our patriarchal and matriarchal figures, progeny and posterity. Since the steps of the righteous are ordered by You, Ps 37:23, as evidenced by the evangelist and the foreign official reading Isaiah 53 in Acts 8:26-31, the believer in Acts 9:10-11 who was told to go find the future Apostle to the Gentiles, and the Apostles directed to go help a certain man, Acts 16:6-10. You, being perfect AND patient, not willing any perish but rather that all come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, and desire all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, even using prayer to that ends, 1 Tim 2:1-4.

🙌 Thanksgiving for our prayers that You are actively using, as "The Word of God is Living and Active and Sharper than any Two-edged Sword, Piercing as far as division of Soul and Spirit, and Judging the Thoughts and Intents of The Heart," Heb 4:12. "My Father is Always Working Even Until Now, And I Myself am Working," Jesus, John 5:17...

🙌 Thank You we and they ARE currently hearing Your Word by The Holy Spirit, John 16:8, we believe before honor comes humility, Prov 18:12, You are humbling those who need to be humbled, Dan 4:37 that they come to their senses, Dan 4:34, 2 Tim 2:26, as the prodigal in Luke 15:17, and Hosea's wife in Hos 2:6-7, and we are experiencing Your Protection as YOU Keep us, them, progeny, folks, ministry partners, fellow servants of Christ and stewards of The Mysteries of The Word of God, 1 Cor 4:1-2, and us ALL from evil, deception, lies, temptation, sin, evil people and the evil one by receiving the love of the truth that we may be saved, 2 Thes 2:9-10. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, thank You for being a rewarder of diligent seeking, Heb 11:6, and that fervent prayers of those made righteous by faith avail much and prevail, James 5:16. Thank You for all this and more, great and mighty things, Jer 33:3, beyond all we can ask of imagine, Eph 3:20, in Jesus’ Name, John 14:13-14, The Amen, Faithful Witness, Originator of God's Creation, Rev 3:14, in Him are all the Promises Inherited, Yes and Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

Duties of Husbands to Wives
Rahab
The Lord’s Razor
We join with you in this burden for this wife and we agree together before the Father for her repentance and restoration to the Lord and to godly mothering, that she would turn from sin and walk in the kindness and truth of God.

We love how you have anchored this request in the Word, and we stand with you on these promises. For we know that the kindness of God leads to repentance, Romans 2:4, and that our labor is planting and watering but God gives the increase, 1 Cor 3:6-7. We do not strive to produce the growth ourselves, we faithfully sow the seed which is the word of God, Mark 4:14, and we trust Him to cause it to sprout and grow. And we agree that all glory belongs to Him alone, Not to us, Yahweh, not to us, but to your name give glory, for your loving kindness and for your truth's sake, Psalm 115:1, and that salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, Rev 7:10.

We thank God with you that His word will not return void but will accomplish that which He pleases, So will my word be that goes out of my mouth. It will not return to me void, but it will accomplish that which I please, and it will prosper in the thing I sent it to do, Isa 55:11. We thank Him that He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun, being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ, Phil 1:6. From Him and through Him and to Him are all things, To him be the glory for ever, Amen, Rom 11:36.

We pray with you for divine appointments, that the Lord would continue to bring others across her path to water the seeds that have been planted, to speak truth in love and to show the kindness of God. We are encouraged that the steps of a good man are ordered by Yahweh, Psalm 37:23, as we see in Acts when the Lord directed Philip to the Ethiopian reading Isaiah, Acts 8:26-31, and directed Ananias to Saul, Acts 9:10-12, and directed Paul through a vision into Macedonia, Acts 16:9-10. The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. We pray that He will do this even now in her heart.

We agree with you that the Holy Spirit is actively at work, for Jesus said He will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment, John 16:8, and that the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart, Heb 4:12. We thank the Father that He is always working, as Jesus said, My Father is still working, so I am working, John 5:17.

We also join you in praying for humbling and restoring, for we know before honor is humility, Prov 18:12, and that God is able to humble those who walk in pride, Dan 4:37, and to bring them to their senses as He did with Nebuchadnezzar, Dan 4:34, and as the prodigal came to himself, Luke 15:17, and as Hosea's wife was hedged in that she would return, Hos 2:6-7, that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will, 2 Tim 2:26. We pray this would be a godly sorrow that works repentance to salvation which brings no regret, 2 Cor 7:10.

So we pray together now, Father in heaven, we thank You for Your great patience and mercy and for the seeds of Your Word that have been sown in this dear wife and mother and in her family from generation to generation, in the patriarchal and matriarchal lines and in their progeny and posterity. We ask that You would cause those seeds to take deep root and bear fruit in keeping with repentance. We ask that You restrain evil and restrain deception and that You keep them all from the evil one, and that they would receive the love of the truth that they may be saved, 2 Thess 2:10. We ask that You continue to send laborers to water and to speak Your truth, and that You Yourself would give the growth for Your glory alone. We ask that You humble where humbling is needed and that You lift up in due time, that this wife would turn with her whole heart to You and to Your design for marriage and for mothering, to love her husband and to nurture her children in the instruction of the Lord. We ask that You protect this husband, his household, his fellow servants and stewards of the mysteries of God, 1 Cor 4:1, and all who have heard the Word, that no weapon formed against them would prosper.

We thank You in advance by faith, for we believe that whatever we ask in prayer, believing, we will receive, Mark 11:24, and that You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek You, Heb 11:6, and that the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results, James 5:16. We ask You to do far beyond all that we ask or think, Eph 3:20, and to show us great and mighty things which we don't know, Jer 33:3. We ask all of this in the mighty and only name by which we have access to You and by which we are saved, the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, for whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son, John 14:13, in whom all the promises of God are Yes and Amen to the glory of God through us, 2 Cor 1:20. Amen.

We hear your heart for your wife and for your family, and we are grateful for your faithfulness in praying for her. You are asking for the very things God delights to do, that His kindness would draw her back to Himself and into the grace of godly mothering, and that the seeds already planted would be watered in His time.

We know how heavy it can feel to keep planting and watering when you cannot make anything grow. One thing that has helped us is remembering that true turning to God is not just feeling sorry for a moment, but a deep change of mind that slowly shows in a new direction, and that spiritual growth is much like training for a long race. It happens gradually, with ups and downs over a lifetime, not all at once. That is why your steady prayers and quiet faithfulness matter so much, even when you cannot see the fruit yet.

If it helps, keep a simple rhythm: continue to pray briefly each day for her and for your children and extended family by name, stay rooted in the Word and in fellowship yourself, and look for natural, kind moments to speak truth when God opens the door, trusting Him to bring others along to water what you have planted.

Father, we thank You for Your patience and kindness. We ask You to keep working in this wife's heart, to humble and restore as only You can, to guard this family from evil and deception, and to bring growth in Your perfect timing for Your glory. Draw each one closer to Jesus and complete the work You have begun. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your burden for this wife and mother has been brought before the Lord, and we join you in pleading that the kindness of God may indeed lead her to repentance according to Romans 2:4.

We do not pray for a carnal repentance that is of the flesh and after the manner of sinful nature, which trembles for a season and then returns to its former course. Such repentance is not unto life. True repentance is the gift of God, wrought in the renewed heart by the Holy Spirit who convicts of sin and righteousness and judgment as in John 16:8, and it gives God glory. It yields works meet for repentance, it is practical and it lasts, for repentance lives as long as faith. We ask the Lord to grant her that godly sorrow which worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of, as in 2 Corinthians 7:9-10, that she may turn from sin with abhorrence because of the love of Christ and avoid present sin because of the love of God who died for her.

We thank God that His Word does not return void, but as the rain and snow water the earth so His Word accomplishes that which He pleases according to Isaiah 55:10-11. The seed is the Word of God, and seeds have been planted. One plants, another waters, but God gives the increase, as in 1 Corinthians 3:6-7. Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but to Thy name give glory, as in Psalm 115:1-3, for salvation belongeth unto our God which sitteth upon the throne and unto the Lamb. We pray that the Lord will continue to bring others across her path to water what has been sown, to speak truth and to show the kindness of God, and to order her steps as He ordered the steps of Philip to the Ethiopian in Acts 8 and of Ananias to Saul in Acts 9.

We plead also that where humbling is needed, the Lord in His goodness would humble as He humbled Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 4, that she may come to her senses as the prodigal did in Luke 15:17, and as Hosea's wife was hedged about and restored. We ask not that God would bless any way that departs from His holy ordinance, for marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman and the duties of mothering are sacred within that covenant, and salvation is through Jesus Christ alone. We ask rather that He would restrain evil, carry on any good work begun until the day of Christ according to Philippians 1:6, and keep her and her household and all who have heard the Word from evil, deception and temptation, that receiving the love of the truth they may be saved.

We give thanks that the Word of God is living and active and sharper than any two edged sword according to Hebrews 4:12, and that the Father worketh hitherto and Christ worketh as in John 5:17. We trust His perfect patience, for He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance according to 2 Peter 3:9, and we look for that sweetest repentance which comes not by driving only but by drawing, when the goodness of God melts the heart.

May the Lord grant a repentance which looks out of self to Christ and to Christ only, and may faith and repentance be found inseparable in her, the one ejecting sin as an evil tenant and the other admitting Christ to be sole Master of the heart. All glory be unto Him, for of Him and through Him and to Him are all things according to Romans 11:36, and we ask all in the name of Jesus, in whom all the promises are Yea and Amen to the glory of God.
