🕊️Kindness Leads to Repent Rom 2:4 Planting Watering God's Growth 1 Cor 3:6-7 Holy Spirit's Work Jn 16:8 Humbling Restoring Dan 4:28-37 2 Co 7:9-10... 🙌 Father, we thank You that Your Word does not return void, Isa 55:10, and that seeds have been planted, Mark 4:14, Mark 4:26, Mark 4:27, Mark 4:28, Mark 4:29. From You and through You and back to You be all glory, Rom 11:36. Please continue working on this "still current wife's heart" by bringing fresh truth, restraining evil and carrying any work You've begun on to completion until the day of Christ, Phil 1:6. CONTINUE to bring others into her path to water seeds, speak truth and show the kindness of God, Rom 2:4, and across the paths of all who have heard the word from all time, especially the last several months, especially for our patriarchal and matriarchal figures, progeny and posterity. Since the steps of the righteous are ordered by You, Ps 37:23, as evidenced by the evangelist and the foreign official reading Isaiah 53 in Acts 8:26-31, the believer in Acts 9:10-11 who was told to go find the future Apostle to the Gentiles, and the Apostles directed to go help a certain man, Acts 16:6-10. You, being perfect AND patient, not willing any perish but rather that all come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, and desire all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, even using prayer to that ends, 1 Tim 2:1-4.

🙌 Thanksgiving for our prayers that You are actively using, as "The Word of God is Living and Active and Sharper than any Two-edged Sword, Piercing as far as division of Soul and Spirit, and Judging the Thoughts and Intents of The Heart," Heb 4:12. "My Father is Always Working Even Until Now, And I Myself am Working," Jesus, John 5:17...

🙌 Thank You we and they ARE currently hearing Your Word by The Holy Spirit, John 16:8, we believe before honor comes humility, Prov 18:12, You are humbling those who need to be humbled, Dan 4:37 that they come to their senses, Dan 4:34, 2 Tim 2:26, as the prodigal in Luke 15:17, and Hosea's wife in Hos 2:6-7, and we are experiencing Your Protection as YOU Keep us, them, progeny, folks, ministry partners, fellow servants of Christ and stewards of The Mysteries of The Word of God, 1 Cor 4:1-2, and us ALL from evil, deception, lies, temptation, sin, evil people and the evil one by receiving the love of the truth that we may be saved, 2 Thes 2:9-10. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, thank You for being a rewarder of diligent seeking, Heb 11:6, and that fervent prayers of those made righteous by faith avail much and prevail, James 5:16. Thank You for all this and more, great and mighty things, Jer 33:3, beyond all we can ask of imagine, Eph 3:20, in Jesus’ Name, John 14:13-14, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the truth of God’s Word and the power of prayer. Your request reflects a deep burden for the heart of a wife, for repentance, restoration, and the sovereign work of the Holy Spirit in drawing souls to Christ. We stand with you in agreement, lifting this matter before the Lord with faith and expectancy.

The Scriptures you’ve cited remind us that God’s kindness is intended to lead to repentance (Romans 2:4), and we trust that He is actively working in this situation, planting seeds, watering them, and causing growth (1 Corinthians 3:6-7). The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and we pray that He would continue to do so in this wife’s heart. We also remember that God is patient, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9), and we trust in His perfect timing.

Father, we thank You that Your Word does not return void (Isaiah 55:10-11) and that You are always at work (John 5:17). We ask that You would continue to humble this wife, as You humbled Nebuchadnezzar (Daniel 4:28-37), so that she may come to her senses and turn to You in repentance. Bring godly people into her path to speak truth in love, to water the seeds that have been planted, and to reflect Your kindness. We pray for protection over her, her husband, their family, and all who are involved in this situation, that they would be kept from evil, deception, and the schemes of the enemy.

We also lift up the patriarchal and matriarchal figures in this family, as well as their progeny and posterity. Order their steps according to Your will (Psalm 37:23), and use them as vessels of Your truth and grace. We thank You for the fervent prayers being offered on their behalf, knowing that the prayers of the righteous avail much (James 5:16). We trust that You are working in ways beyond what we can ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20) and that You will bring about restoration and healing in Your perfect way.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of hardness, rebellion, or deception that may be at work in this situation. We declare that Your Word is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and spirit, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). We ask that You would soften hearts, open eyes, and bring conviction that leads to godly sorrow and repentance (2 Corinthians 7:9-10). We pray for a spirit of humility to prevail, that all involved would submit to Your will and seek Your face.

We also want to gently remind all who read this that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Him that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18) and the hope of eternal life. If there are any who have not yet surrendered their lives to Christ, we encourage them to do so today, for today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2). Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the assurance that You will complete the good work You have begun in each of us (Philippians 1:6). We trust in Your promises and ask that You would continue to move mightily in this situation. May Your name be glorified, and may Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this family as it is in heaven. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We’ve been sitting with your request, and we can feel the weight of love behind it, the kind that keeps showing up in prayer even when the path ahead looks long. When you’ve been planting and watering for so long, it’s easy to grow weary and wonder if anything is taking root below the surface. We want you to know you’re not alone in that, and we’re honored to stand with you.

The Spirit’s work in a heart often happens in ways we can’t track or measure, moments of quiet conviction, a memory of kindness, a slow turning that nobody else sees yet. Our part isn’t to force a breakthrough but to keep making room for God’s kindness to be felt. That might mean offering a simple, no-strings-attached gesture of care this week: a meal, a note that says you’re thinking of them, a listening ear that doesn’t try to fix anything in the moment. These small acts don’t feel dramatic, but they carry a warmth that the Holy Spirit can use to nudge someone toward home.

We’re praying you sense God’s steady presence as you wait, and that you’ll be released from the pressure of having to see the outcome on your timeline. He is patient, and He loves your loved one more than you can fathom.

Prayer: Father, we lift up this person’s loved one to You right now. You know every hidden thought and every chain that binds. In Your kindness, draw them toward true change, not just a surface regret, but a genuine turn of heart that leads to life. Give wisdom and gentle persistence to the one praying, and guard them from discouragement. Surround this whole situation with Your peace and timing. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Consider well the mighty work you are praying for; it is no less than the creation of a new heart by the Spirit of God. You have rightly grounded your hope not on the shifting sands of human resolve, but on the steady rock of Divine promise. The Word that has been scattered is a living seed, and the heavenly Husbandman knows the hour of its springing. Yet we are prone to grow impatient, looking for the blade when the root is still beneath the soil. Take comfort then, that the goodness of God is the great magnet to draw the heart to repentance; it is not the thunder of Sinai, but the tender dew of mercy that breaks the flinty heart. When the soul sees the patience of God, the daily providence that resists evil, the lingering kindness that withholds judgment, it is meant to lead to a holy melting.

And mark this: the Holy Spirit alone can produce that repentance which glorifies God. Judgment may work a carnal sorrow, a terror that flees from the whip but does not flee from sin, but it is the Spirit who shows the sinner the things of Christ, who takes of His finished work and reveals it to the soul. The prodigal did not return because he heard the law’s curses, but because he remembered the bread in his father’s house. So it is the Spirit’s office to awaken that memory, to make the heart restless with unbelief until it yields to the sweet draw of Christ’s love. You do well to pray that the Spirit would convict and humble, for without His quickening power every sermon, every tear, every argument is but dead words upon the air.

But let me stir you to a yet deeper dependence. Praying in the Holy Spirit is not merely a posture we assume; it is the Spirit Himself helping our infirmities, teaching us what to ask, and kindling in us that faith which takes hold upon the promises. Keep ever before your eyes the truth that Christ is glorified in the Spirit’s work, and that any work which does not lift up Jesus, any repentance which does not lay the sinner low and exalt the Savior, is a spurious imitation. Fear not the delay; the Lord is not slack concerning His promise. He is working even now, though you see it not, and His timing is as perfect as His love. He has hedged the wayward with thorns that they cannot find their paths, and at the last they shall come to themselves and cry to the Father. Only guard your own heart against grieving the Spirit by unbelief. Distrust not His power; lean not upon the arm of the flesh; and let your hope be wholly set upon the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

You have woven together many scriptures with a soul aflame, and it is good to see such trust in God's power and patience. But let us examine the medicine of repentance more carefully, for you pray for one whose heart must be humbled and restored.

The kindness of God indeed leads to repentance, and it is right to ask that others would show that kindness, that seeds would be watered. Yet never forget that the kindness of God our Saviour appeared not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit. Repentance itself is His gift, but it must be genuine.

True repentance is made up first of condemning our own sins. The righteous man is an accuser of himself at the first speaking. You pray for humbling, and that is necessary, but know that not all grief is godly. The sorrow of the world brings death, but godly sorrow works repentance unto salvation, a repentance that brings no regret. Esau wept and sought the blessing with tears, yet found no place of repentance because his heart did not truly turn. Tears alone, without change, are not repentance.

Therefore, continue to plant and water, but leave the growth to God. Pray with fervor, for the effective prayer of a righteous person avails much. Yet be not anxious as though the outcome depended on your striving alone. The heart must be washed from wickedness, and that requires a clean heart created by God. It is a work both His and ours.

And while you thank God that He is not willing any should perish but that all should come to repentance, do not let the recollection of that mercy lead to slackness. There is a hell, and it is a bitter medicine that clears away vice when remembered. But His love is greater still, and He is able to complete the work He began. Cling to that hope, and let your own soul be kept in humility and compassion, forbearing and forgiving even as Christ forgave you, lest you yourself be hardened in the waiting.

So pray, watch, and trust. The same kindness that saves you is mighty to save.

The fact that you are praying with such specificity and such hope tells me something about the work already begun. You are pleading promises like Isaiah 55 and Philippians 1 because you believe the seed of the word has been scattered, that it will not return empty. And that is true. The concern on your heart rests not on the eloquence of the one who planted or the skill of the one who waters, but on the one who gives the growth. That is exactly where it belongs. God knows perfectly all who have heard, all who have had truth spoken into their lives across these last months. None of that is wasted. None of it is random.

Do not underestimate what his kindness is doing even when you cannot see it. The kindness of God is meant to lead to repentance. And the path toward coming to one’s senses is often walked through humility first. Nebuchadnezzar did not know he was being humbled until his reason returned and he lifted his eyes to heaven. The prodigal did not run home until the hunger hollowed out every other hope. That is the pattern. So when you pray for a restraining of evil and a completing of the work, you are asking in line with the heart of the one who is not willing that any perish. He desires all to come to the knowledge of the truth, and he uses even these long waitings to accomplish that.

The pressure you feel is not a sign that nothing is happening. Our heart can feel pressed into a narrow place when we love someone who has not yet bowed the knee to Jesus. But right there, in that tightness, let your own heart be enlarged toward them, not closed off by resentment or despair. Paul opened his heart wide to people who were not yet where they needed to be, and he refused to let the present distress become an offense that blamed the ministry of the gospel. He kept giving no offense so that the door of salvation would remain open. You can do the same. The living word is sharper than any two-edged sword and it pierces where no human argument can reach. That word is already living and active. The Holy Spirit convicts. He testifies within. That is his work, not yours to manufacture.

But let me speak plainly about the situation. If the breach exists because faith in Christ has brought a division, then that is a real grief. Yet Scripture does not call you to force a godly sorrow. Godly sorrow works repentance that leaves no regret. Worldly sorrow just produces death. So do not try to produce contrition through your own anxiety. Instead, trust that the same God who commanded light to shine out of darkness is able to shine into that heart and give the light of the knowledge of his glory in the face of Jesus. You cannot tear open a heart to let that light in. But he can.

A believing spouse has a sacred standing in that home. The unbelieving partner is sanctified by the believer’s presence, and that does not mean automatic salvation but a setting apart, a covering of grace that keeps the children from being unclean and keeps the home from being wholly given over to darkness. Live that life before her with the beauty of reverence and purity. Let her see something she cannot explain except by the reality of Christ. Peter’s counsel still stands: a quiet, imperishable spirit, a life of subjection to the Lord, can win without a word. Not because you are silent about the truth, but because the truth is being lived in love, and that speaks when arguments fail.

And remember, today is always the day of salvation. That phrase keeps echoing. Do not let the delay tempt you to think the time has passed. The acceptable time is defined by God, and his patience is salvation. Every morning his mercies are new. Every moment that heart still beats is evidence he is not finished. So pray with confidence that her steps, like those of the official reading Isaiah in his chariot, will be divinely ordered to intersect with someone watering the very seed already planted. The timing does not belong to you. The outcome does. And the outcome is for his glory.

Your own heart needs guarding too. The psalmist understood that when he cried out, “Incline my heart to your testimonies and not to covetousness. Turn away my eyes from beholding vanity.” You can plead the same. Ask the Lord to keep your own heart sound in his statutes, whole and undivided, so that you do not grow weary and let bitterness or unbelief creep in. Delight yourself in him and let him place his desires within you. The very yearning you feel for her repentance may well be his will working in you to pray, to wait, and to stand. He who gave you that burden will sustain you through the wait.

So do not snow God by pretending you are not aching. He knows the truth of your heart. Bring it all. Search me, O God, and know my heart. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. He answers that prayer. He purifies the motives. He deepens the trust. The Lord our salvation, Yahshua, will save his people from their sins. Hold fast to that name. Every knee will bow, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Your prayer right now is part of the work he is doing to bring that confession about, in his time, in his way. Do not faint. Your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you seek God’s kindness to lead hearts to repentance and His truth to take root. Your faith in the power of His Word—living, active, and sharper than any two-edged sword—has been an encouragement to us all. We rejoice in knowing that the Holy Spirit is at work, even now, convicting, humbling, and drawing those you’ve lifted before the throne of grace.

If the Lord has already moved in mighty ways since you first shared this burden, we would love to hear your praise report so we may rejoice together. If the answer is still unfolding or the wait continues, we remain steadfast in prayer alongside you. The seeds planted in faith will bear fruit in God’s perfect timing, and we trust Him to complete the work He has begun.

Let us continue to intercede, believing that the steps of the righteous are ordered by the Lord, and that He is actively working—even as Jesus said, "My Father is always working, and so am I." We pray for fresh truth to break through, for evil to be restrained, and for every heart to be softened by the kindness of God, which leads to repentance. May He protect, guide, and restore as only He can, and may His glory be revealed in every detail.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for the assurance that You are moving in ways beyond what we can ask or imagine. May Your will be done, and may Your name be praised in all things. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
