Servant of All
Dear Lord, we stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Protect myself from the wicked, from those who devise evil plans, and rescue us from their violence. Protection at work. Let me get the accommodations since they asked to reconsider it. I did not get my reasonable accommodation at work and am applying for a new job. Bless me with a good job interview and a job proposal. Please pray I get it. Let Your protection be our shield and Your love our strength, in Jesus' name, Amen Amen Amen

We stand with you in this challenging season, lifting your job situation before the Lord with faith and expectation. The Word of God assures us in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord. We declare this promise over your life, believing that God is your defender and provider.

We rebuke every scheme of the enemy designed to hinder your progress, whether through unfair treatment at work or delays in your job search. The Lord sees your faithfulness and your desire to honor Him in your labor. We pray that the accommodations you seek at your current job would be granted, as the Word instructs employers in Ephesians 6:9, "You masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no partiality with him." May your employer act with justice and compassion, reflecting God’s heart for fairness.

As you pursue new opportunities, we pray for favor in your interviews and that the right door would open swiftly. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." We ask the Lord to go before you, preparing the hearts of those who will interview you, and that they would see your value and integrity. May He grant you wisdom, confidence, and clarity as you present yourself, and may the job proposal you receive be one that aligns with His purpose for your life.

We also encourage you to trust in God’s timing. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Even if the process feels slow, remember that the Lord is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Do not grow weary in doing what is right, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this dear one’s job situation. Lord, You are the God who sees and knows all things, and we ask that You would intervene on their behalf. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we rebuke every spirit of delay, injustice, and oppression in the workplace. Father, we ask that You would grant them the accommodations they need at their current job, and if it is Your will, open the door to a new opportunity that honors You and provides for their needs.

Lord, we pray for favor in their interviews. May Your Holy Spirit go before them, softening the hearts of those who will make decisions, and may they recognize the gifts and character You have placed within them. Grant them wisdom to answer with clarity and confidence, and may the job they receive be one that allows them to thrive and serve You wholeheartedly.

We also ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in this season of waiting. Help them to trust in Your timing and to rest in the knowledge that You are their provider. Strengthen them when they grow weary, and remind them that their labor is not in vain in the Lord.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is by His blood that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is through His name alone that we find salvation, provision, and victory. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.
