I pray for their salvation in Jesus' name, and if they will not repent, then remove them.

By the way, I have had similar problems in the workplace and prayed this prayer and anointed the workplace entrances with oil, and since they would not repent, they all got fired one at a time. But I always pray first and foremost for their souls. Rather have three new brethren in Christ than three enemies, right?
