Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and to stand in agreement with you for your daughter and your son. We are glad that you asked us to join you in lifting your children before the Lord.
We have been praying that the Lord will watch over them and place His guardians of protection around them, that He will cover them with the blood of Jesus from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet, and that He will hold their hands every step of the way and guide them to make His choices in life and to walk down the right path and see His light. We have also been praying for your daughter that the Lord will remove any resentment, rebellion, hurt, anger or hardness of heart and replace it with His peace, and for your son that his behavior will continue to improve and that the Holy Spirit will always be with them both, giving them wisdom, faith, patience, understanding, salvation and good health. We trust that the Lord knows what is best for them and we leave them in His hands as you have done.
We continue to stand with you in prayer for them to do well in school and to stay away from harmful influences and to remain close to the Lord all of their days. We are reminded of the promise in Proverbs 22:6 to train up a child in the way he should go and in Psalm 91:11 that He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways.
