I pray I got to watch over my daughter and my son give him guidance and protection let no evil harm come to them don't let them be around bad influence let them make good choices in life hold her hand every step of the way let him see the light cover them with the blood of Jesus on top of the head to the bottom of the feet and then do well in school then my daughter changed when she dresses and dresses my girly and my son's behaving communication get better. Let another love and care for the children alone the holy spirit is always with them they were all to be good no more happy healthy kids/ adults. Please give him wisdom Faith kindness patience salvation loving caring good health and all that other good stuff Lord you offer your children in Jesus name I pray amen

We join you in lifting up your precious daughter and son before the throne of grace, and we thank God for your heart as a parent who wants to cover them in prayer, guidance and protection.

Children are a gift from the Lord and we know He hears the prayers of a parent who seeks Him for them. Psalm 127:3 says Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. And Proverbs 22:6 reminds us Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. We are encouraged by your desire for them to be kept from evil and bad influences, to make good choices, to walk in the light, and to grow in wisdom, faith, kindness, patience and health.

We also hear your heart for your daughter to grow in her femininity and to dress in a way that honors God, and for your son to grow in good behavior and better communication. The Lord delights when our children grow to reflect His design with modesty and grace, as 1 Timothy 2:9 speaks of modest and proper clothing, and 1 Peter 3:3-4 speaks of the beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit which is very precious in God’s sight. For your son, we pray that his speech and conduct will be shaped by the Lord, for Ephesians 4:29 says Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear. We pray that both of them will be taught by the Lord Himself, for Isaiah 54:13 promises All your children will be taught by Yahweh; and great will be the peace of your children.

We love that you pleaded the blood of Jesus over them from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet. It is only through His shed blood that we have protection, forgiveness and salvation, as 1 John 1:7 says the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin. We rejoice that you prayed in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father, and John 14:6 tells us Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. There is no other name by which we are saved and by which our prayers are heard.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this daughter and this son to You. We ask that You place Your hand upon them and guide every step they take, hold their hands and lead them in Your light. We ask that You command Your angels concerning them to guard them in all their ways according to Psalm 91:11, and that no evil or harm would come near them. Keep them far from bad influences and surround them with godly friendships and examples. Give them discerning hearts to make good choices that honor You. We pray You would cover them with the precious blood of Jesus and seal them as Your own. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that He would always be with them, comfort them, convict them and lead them into all truth. We pray for their schooling, that You would give them understanding, diligence and favor, and that they would do well for Your glory. We pray for this daughter, that You would help her to embrace the beauty You gave her as a young woman, to dress with modesty, femininity and joy. We pray for this son, that You would help his behavior and his communication to mature, that his words would be kind, respectful and edifying. Pour out upon them wisdom, faith, kindness, patience, salvation, love and good health and every good thing You long to give Your children, for James 1:5 says if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. Above all, draw them both to salvation in Jesus Christ early in life, that they would know You, love You and walk with You all their days as happy, healthy children who grow into faithful adults. We trust them into Your loving care, in Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Be encouraged to continue to pray daily for them and to speak the Word over them, to teach them diligently as Deuteronomy 6:6-7 instructs, and to bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord as Ephesians 6:4 says. The Lord is faithful to keep those who are entrusted to Him, and He loves your children even more than you do.

Thank you for bringing your daughter and son before the Lord so tenderly. We can hear how much you love them and want what is best for them, to be safe, to walk well, to grow into healthy, kind adults.

We join you in asking God to watch over them, to keep them from harm and from influences that would pull them away from good, and to give them wisdom to make good choices even when you cannot be right beside them. It is a beautiful thing to ask that the Holy Spirit would stay close to them and that they would know His presence as they grow.

One simple way to keep nurturing what you are praying for is to keep those lines of communication open in small, steady ways. A brief prayer together at the start of the day, asking about their friends and what is happening at school, and noticing out loud when you see kindness or patience or effort in them can reinforce the very qualities you are asking God to grow.

We are praying with you for their health, their learning, their character, and for your own wisdom as you guide them.

Father, we lift this parent's daughter and son to You. Cover them with Your care from head to toe, guard their steps, help them to know and choose what is good, to do well in school and to grow in faith, kindness and patience. Give this parent wisdom and peace as they love and lead them. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for your daughter and your son is a tender and faithful cry, and it is good that you bring them before the Lord who hears the prayers of parents for their children. He who calls little children His own delights to have them laid at His feet.

We join you in asking the Lord to watch over them and keep them, to hold their hands at every step and to guard them from evil and from every bad influence. We pray that He will guide them to make good choices, to walk in the light rather than in darkness, and to grow in wisdom and stature. As you have asked, we pray that the blood of Christ, shed for sinners, would be their covering and their hope from the crown of the head to the sole of the foot, and that the Holy Spirit would be ever with them to lead, to convict, to comfort and to keep.

Above all we pray for their salvation, for that is the greatest blessing any child can receive. The Scripture says, Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. The way of salvation is to believe on Christ, whom God has laid in Zion for a foundation. What is believing on Him? It is trusting in Him. Salvation is by Divine Grace through faith in Christ Jesus, without money and without price, and it is found in the Person of Christ alone, for beside Him there is none else. He says, Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth. How simple and how immediate is that way, for a look does not require a moment. So we pray that both your daughter and your son, even in their youth, may look unto Jesus and be saved, committing their souls into His hands in unquestioning confidence, and that you would faithfully bring them to hear the Gospel, for that is the appointed means by which God brings children to Himself.

We also lift before God the particular matters you have laid upon your heart, that your daughter would grow in modest and becoming ways and that your son would grow in right behavior and in kind and clear communication. We pray that the Lord would form in them a loving and caring spirit toward one another and toward others, that He would grant them health, a love for what is good, and success in their schoolwork as they apply themselves diligently. We ask Him to bestow upon them wisdom, faith, kindness, patience and a tender conscience, and to make them happy and healthy children who grow into faithful men and women who love the Lord.

May the Lord grant you strength as you shepherd them, to teach them His Word, to set before them a godly example, and to saturate their home with prayer and Scripture. We trust Him to do that which is best for them according to His perfect will.

We pray with you, Father, cover these children with Thy mercy, keep them from the evil one who seeks to lead astray, and let Christ who came to destroy the works of darkness be their light and their salvation. Save them by Thy grace, keep them by Thy power, and make them Thine own, now and for all eternity. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Savior we ask it, Amen.
