Disciple of Prayer
I pray little to watch over my daughter and my son give him guidance and protection let no evil harm come to them let them make good choices in life don't let them be around bad influences let them do well in school let my daughter's acne clear up let her change the way she dresses and dress them up girly let my sons behavior communication get better as well. Cover them with the blood of Jesus from the top of there head to the bottom of there feet. Have them grow up to be good normal happy healthy kids/ adults. And have the holy Spirit always be with them even wisdom Faith guidance happiness good health loving kindness patience salvation amen 🙏

We come before the Lord with a heart full of love and concern for your children, lifting them up in prayer and seeking His divine protection, guidance, and blessing over their lives. Father, we thank You for the gift of these precious lives and the trust You have placed in this parent to raise them in the ways of righteousness. We know that children are a heritage from You, a reward, and we ask that You watch over them with Your tender care.

Heavenly Father, we pray for Your hedge of protection to surround this daughter and son. Let no evil come near them, and shield them from all harm, both seen and unseen. We rebuke every plan of the enemy against their lives, their minds, and their futures in the mighty name of Jesus. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that Your angels are encamped around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11).

Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance to be upon them as they grow. Give them discernment to make godly choices and the strength to resist the temptations and bad influences of this world. Surround them with friends and mentors who will point them to You and encourage them in their walk with Christ. "Do not be deceived. Bad company corrupts good character" (1 Corinthians 15:33). Help them to walk in the paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3).

We pray for their academic success, that they would apply themselves diligently and find joy in learning. May their minds be sharp, and may they grow in knowledge and understanding, not only of the world but of Your Word. "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding" (Proverbs 9:10). Let their education be a tool to glorify You and serve others.

Father, we lift up this daughter to You, asking for Your healing touch over her skin. We know that You care about every detail of our lives, and we trust You to bring healing and restoration. We also pray for her heart, that she would find her identity and worth in You alone. Help her to dress in a way that honors You, reflecting modesty, dignity, and the beauty of a heart that seeks after You. "Your beauty should not be dependent on an elaborate arrangement of the hair, or in the wearing of gold or fine clothing. Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight" (1 Peter 3:3-4).

For this son, we pray for transformation in his behavior and communication. Soften his heart, Lord, and help him to grow in patience, kindness, and self-control. Teach him to speak with wisdom and to listen with understanding. May his words and actions reflect the love of Christ and draw others to You. "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear" (Ephesians 4:29).

We plead the blood of Jesus over these children, covering them from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet. May the power of the cross protect them from every snare of the enemy and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. We declare that they are set apart for Your purposes, holy and beloved.

Holy Spirit, we invite You to dwell richly in their lives. Fill them with Your presence, granting them wisdom, faith, guidance, happiness, good health, loving-kindness, and patience. Above all, we pray for their salvation, that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior at an early age. May they never stray from the path of life, but walk closely with You all their days. "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6).

Lord, we ask that You shape them into godly, well-adjusted, and joyful adults who love You with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. May their lives be a testament to Your grace and a light to those around them. We trust in Your promise that You began a good work in them and will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).

In the precious name of Jesus, we pray all these things, believing and trusting in Your perfect will for their lives. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to pray over your children daily, speaking life and truth into their hearts. Surround them with godly influences, and model a Christ-centered life before them. Remember, the most powerful testimony they will ever witness is the love of Jesus lived out in your own life. Keep trusting in the Lord, for He is faithful, and His promises are true. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We hear the weight and love in your words, a parent pouring out a heart full of hope, worry, and trust all at once. It is no small thing to bring your children before the Lord with such specific and tender detail. That kind of prayer is a precious gift you are giving them, one that shapes their lives in ways you may not see until much later.

Right now, as you pray, know that you are not just asking for things; you are placing them squarely in the hands of a Father whose care for them runs even deeper than your own. The very concerns you name, the acne that affects how your daughter sees herself, the way she chooses to dress, your son’s struggle to communicate, are not too small or too ordinary for Him. He knows each detail and invites you to keep bringing them.

One thing that may help is to also speak these things aloud over your children when they are not around, blessing them in Jesus’ name. A whispered “The Lord guide you today” as they leave for school can become a quiet anchor for your own soul, even if they never hear it.

Let us pray with you:

Lord Jesus, we lift up this mother’s children to You. Cover them fully with Your protection, from the tops of their heads to the bottoms of their feet. Keep evil far from them, and surround them with friends who build them up and draw them toward what is good. Give them clarity in school and wisdom in every choice. We ask for healing for this daughter’s skin, and for a deep sense of her true beauty in Your eyes. Shape her sense of identity so that how she dresses becomes a natural outward expression of the girl You made her to be. For this son, we ask for breakthrough in his communication and behavior, steady growth that brings him closer to others and to You. Holy Spirit, be their constant companion. Fill them with faith, wisdom, patience, kindness, and health. And give this mom steady peace as she trusts them into Your care. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen

The prayer of a parent for a child is like the dew upon the tender grass, it comes often, it comes silently, and it comes with a blessing from the Lord. You have called upon the great Shepherd to cover your little lambs with the blood of Jesus, and He who hears the ravens when they cry will not turn a deaf ear to your entreaty.

Concerning your daughter and son, it is well that you have brought them both before the mercy seat. Your plea for guidance, protection, and deliverance from evil influence is a cry after God's own heart. But take care, lest your prayer become an anxious listing of outward things rather than a trusting surrender. You desire her acne to clear and her dress to change; these are small matters to Him who clothes the lilies, yet He does care for the body as well as the soul. Seek first the kingdom for her, and her outward adornment will fall into place as she grows in the grace of a meek and quiet spirit. As for your son's behavior and speech, remember that a child's tongue is unloosed best by a parent's patient love. The Lord can make the stammering child speak plainly, and He can calm the restless spirit as surely as He hushed the sea of Galilee. Cover them in prayer, yes, but also walk before them in such holiness that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. The weaned child lies content in the parent's bosom; let your soul rest so in God, and your calm faith will do more for your children than a thousand fretful words.

You have asked that they grow up to be good, normal, happy, healthy children and adults, filled with the Holy Spirit. This is a large petition, but you have touched the hem of Christ's garment. The child of light must sometimes walk in darkness to learn what prayer truly is. Do not be dismayed if the path is not always smooth, for the trial of their faith will work patience in them and in you. The prayer made in the dark is the prayer that brings the most light. When you are at your wit's end concerning them, the Lord's arm is not shortened. His blood covers them from head to foot, not as a charm, but as a covenant seal that He will perfect that which concerns you. Let your own life be an honest dealing with God, confess your sins, your impatience, your doubts, and your intercession will have power. The holy child Jesus himself grew in wisdom and stature before God and man; so may your children, by His grace, grow up into Him in all things. Keep praying without ceasing, and in everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you and your house.

You pray for your children’s protection, health, and right behavior. This is a good desire. Yet understand that the strongest wall you can build around them is not made of anxious wishes, but of the fear of God taught from their earliest youth. When that guard is seated within the soul, you will have no need of outward contrivances. For God watches over such children better than any earthly parent could.

Do not let small outward things vex you unduly, acne, the style of a dress, or delays in a son’s speech. These troubles often arise not from the difficulty itself, but from our own weakness. Children are easily fluttered by trifles; we who are grown in faith must not be like them. Train yourself to laugh inwardly at the provocations of life, and you will teach your children stability. If you are constantly fretful, you make yourself a child and lose the wisdom that brings patience.

As for your daughter’s clothing, guide her toward modesty and simplicity. God looks upon the hidden person of the heart, not the outward adornment. Worldly wisdom makes much of such things, but that wisdom is coming to nothing. Dress in a manner proper to those who profess godliness, not to please the gaze of others. This is far more beautiful than any passing fashion. And for your son’s communication, nurture him with longsuffering, correcting him with a steady spirit, not with anger. Remember that a parent’s example is the child’s first and most enduring teacher.

You ask that the Holy Spirit be with them, granting wisdom, faith, and salvation. This is the truest prayer. But then seek for them the wisdom that is from above, not the wisdom of this age, which cannot profit its possessors. The wisdom of God often appears foolish to the world, yet it alone endures and makes its children truly wise. Teach them to love Christ above all; let them see in you a soul that trusts completely in His care and is not shaken by daily troubles. If you do this, they will learn to seek the kingdom first, and all these other things, health, good conduct, and a happy life, will be added as God sees fit.

Pray, then, with confidence, but labor also with faith, knowing that a mother or father who brings up children in the instruction of the Lord builds a house that cannot be shaken.
