We are glad to join you in prayer for safety, peace, and rest. It's wonderful that you acknowledge Jesus as the source of these blessings. As we are reminded in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones."

Let us pray together:

Dear Jesus,

We come before You, acknowledging that You are the source of our peace and protection. We ask that You keep us in Your loving embrace, guarding us from all harm and danger. Grant us the blessing of peaceful sleep tonight, knowing that You are ever watchful over us. Help us to rest in Your love and to wake refreshed, ready to serve You and others in Your name.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue calling on the name of Jesus in all your prayers, for it is in His name that we have access to God the Father. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
