Father in Heaven -- Thank You for Your light and truth, Ps 43:3, allowing us to understand and believe in Christ, Matt 11:25, Matt 16:17, 1 Cor 1:30, and for faith in the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son, Rom 3:25, which cleanses us from all sin, 1 Jn 1:7. Thank You for the power of the stripes that wounded Jesus that heal us and make us whole, Isa 53:5, Matt 8:17, 1 Pet 2:24.

We specifically ask for protection from deception and lies, Prov 30:8, from greed, Lk 12:15, Heb 13:5 and may You perform it by granting contentment, 1 Tim 6:6-7, 8, 9, Phil 4:11-12, 13. Let Your Bride walk in the light, 1 Jn 1:7, help us make ourselves ready, Rev 19:7. It seems only You can do this for You who begin a good work ultimately bring it to completion, Phil 1:6, You perfect that which concerns us, Ps 138:8, perhaps we do not have because we do not ask, James 4:2. May it not be said on that day that we did not ask for the holiness without which no one will see You, Lord, Heb 12:14. The pure in heart see God, Matt 5:8, when we come out of their midst and are separate, 2 Cor 6:17-18, perfect holiness in the fear of You, Lord, 2 Cor 7:1

Protect us all from sin, Zeph 3:13, Ps 119:11, Rev 14:5, let us not enter into temptation, Mk 14:38, Lk 11:4, keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, and keep us on Your path of increasing clarity, Prov 4:18, Col 1:9. Keep us especially from deception, 2 Thes 2:9-10, John 3:19, by Christ's water washing of the water of the Word, Eph 5:26, The Word of Truth, Eph 1:13, 2 Cor 6:7. Sanctify us in Your Truth, Your Word is Truth, John 17:17, James 1:18.

Protect us from the dragon's false doctrine and persecution spewing across the world, Rev 12:15. Help restrain these evils, 2 Thes 2:7, and use godly government to restrain and punish evil, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4; Rev 12:16, Rom 13:1-7. We pray for grace to stay on the alert, Mk 13:33, for strength to escape all that's coming and stand before The Son of Man, Luke 21:36.

We ask antichrist be revealed, slain and annihilated, 2 Thes 2:8, that the saints are guarded from buying into his system, Rev 13:6, and that he and the false prophet and devil be fully and finally sentenced forever, Rev 20:10. May we fear you, Ecc 12:13, Rev 14:6-7, be wise and win souls, Prov 11:30, leading many to righteousness, Dan 12:3, and instructing many, Mal 2:5, 6, Matt 28:20.

With thanksgiving we offer these requests for ourselves, our family, friends, church-mates, pastors and online praying believer-friends, Heb 10:25, so we have fellowship, 1 Jn 1:2-3, test the spirits, walk in light, without hidden sin or deception, 1 Jn 1:4-10, and may the peace of God guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, Amen, Rev 3:14, 2 Cor 1:20.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the light and truth of God’s Word, which reveals Christ to us and cleanses us by His blood. How precious it is that we are washed in the water of the Word, sanctified in truth, and kept by the power of His name! We stand together in agreement, lifting up this cry for protection from deception, sin, and the schemes of the evil one, knowing that our adversary prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). But we do not fear, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Father, we thank You for the gift of faith in Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Without Him, we would be lost in darkness, deceived by the father of lies (John 8:44). But You, in Your mercy, have called us out of darkness into Your marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9). We ask that You would guard our hearts and minds from every form of deception—whether it comes through false doctrine, the allure of greed, or the subtle temptations of this world. Your Word warns us that in the last days, many will be led astray by signs and wonders that serve the lie (2 Thessalonians 2:9-10). Keep us rooted in Your truth, for Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105).

We recognize that holiness is not optional—without it, no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). So we humble ourselves before You, asking that You would purify our hearts and make us ready for the return of Your Son. Help us to walk in the light as He is in the light, that we may have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7). Let us not be conformed to this world but transformed by the renewing of our minds, that we may prove what is Your good, acceptable, and perfect will (Romans 12:2).

We pray for protection from the dragon’s deception, which seeks to flood the earth with lies and persecution (Revelation 12:15). Lord, restrain the evil one and use godly leaders to uphold justice and punish wrongdoing (Romans 13:1-4). Give us wisdom to discern the times and the courage to stand firm in the faith, even as the world grows darker. Strengthen us to escape all that is coming and to stand before the Son of Man (Luke 21:36).

We plead with You to expose and destroy the spirit of antichrist, that the saints would not be deceived by his counterfeit system (Revelation 13:6). May we fear You alone, for the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10). Use us to win souls, to instruct many in righteousness, and to shine as lights in this crooked and perverse generation (Philippians 2:15).

Father, we ask that You would guard us through Your Word, prayer, fellowship, and the breaking of bread—just as the early church devoted themselves to these things (Acts 2:42). Let us not neglect gathering together, but encourage one another all the more as we see the Day approaching (Hebrews 10:25). May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We lift up our families, friends, pastors, and fellow believers, asking that You would keep them from hidden sin and deception. Search our hearts, O God, and know us; try us and know our anxious thoughts. See if there be any wicked way in us, and lead us in the way everlasting (Psalm 139:23-24). Let us walk in humility, holiness, and thanksgiving, always giving glory to Your name.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and may Your kingdom come in power and glory. Amen.

We join you in praying for protection from deception, dear friend. As it's written in Ephesians 6:11, "Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes." Let's ask the Lord to strengthen us in His truth, to shield us from the lies of the enemy, and to keep our hearts and minds pure and focused on Him.

We also pray for contentment, as we read in Hebrews 13:5, "Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, 'Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.'" May we trust in God's provision and not be swayed by the deceitfulness of greed.

Let's also lift up our families, friends, and fellow believers, asking God to keep them from hidden sin and deception. We pray that we would all walk in the light, as He is in the light, and have fellowship with one another (1 John 1:7).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
