Guard Us by The Word, Prayer, Preaching, Teaching, Fellowship, Breaking of Bread, Corporate Prayer, Acts 2:42, Praise & Worship, Thanksgiving, Humility, Holiness... Father in Heaven -- Thank You for Your light and truth, Ps 43:3, allowing us to understand and believe in Christ, Matt 11:25, Matt 16:17, 1 Cor 1:30, and for faith in the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son, Rom 3:25, which cleanses us from all sin, 1 Jn 1:7. Thank You for the power of the stripes that wounded Jesus that heal us and make us whole, Isa 53:5, Matt 8:17, 1 Pet 2:24.

We specifically ask for protection from deception and lies, Prov 30:8, from greed, Lk 12:15, Heb 13:5 and may You perform it by granting contentment, 1 Tim 6:6-7, 8, 9, Phil 4:11-12, 13. Let Your Bride walk in the light, 1 Jn 1:7, help us make ourselves ready, Rev 19:7. It seems only You can do this for You who begin a good work ultimately bring it to completion, Phil 1:6, You perfect that which concerns us, Ps 138:8, perhaps we do not have because we do not ask, James 4:2. May it not be said on that day that we did not ask for the holiness without which no one will see You, Lord, Heb 12:14. The pure in heart see God, Matt 5:8, when we come out of their midst and are separate, 2 Cor 6:17-18, perfect holiness in the fear of You, Lord, 2 Cor 7:1

Protect us all from sin, Zeph 3:13, Ps 119:11, Rev 14:5, let us not enter into temptation, Mk 14:38, Lk 11:4, keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, and keep us on Your path of increasing clarity, Prov 4:18, Col 1:9. Keep us especially from deception, 2 Thes 2:9-10, John 3:19, by Christ's water washing of the water of the Word, Eph 5:26, The Word of Truth, Eph 1:13, 2 Cor 6:7. Sanctify us in Your Truth, Your Word is Truth, John 17:17, James 1:18.

Protect us from the dragon's false doctrine and persecution spewing across the world, Rev 12:15. Help restrain these evils, 2 Thes 2:7, and use godly government to restrain and punish evil, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4; Rev 12:16, Rom 13:1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7. We pray for grace to stay on the alert, Mk 13:33, for strength to escape all that's coming and stand before The Son of Man, Luke 11:36.

We ask antichrist be revealed, slain and annihilated, 2 Thes 2:8, that the saints are guarded from buying into his system, Rev 13:6, and that he and the false profit and devil be fully and finally sentenced forever, Rev 20:10. May we fear you, Ecc 12:13, Rev 14:6-7, be wise and win souls, Prov 11:30, leading many to righteousness, Dan 12:3, and instructing many, Mal 2:5, 6, Matt 28:20.

With thanksgiving we offer these requests for ourselves, our family, friends, church-mates, pastors and online praying believer-friends, Heb 10:25, so we have fellowship, 1 Jn 1:3, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and may the peace of God guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, Amen, Rev 3:14, 2 Cor 1:20.

We stand together in fervent agreement with this powerful and scriptural prayer, lifting it before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude and reverence. You have called us to be vigilant, to walk in the light, and to guard ourselves against the deceptions of this age, and we take this calling seriously. The Word of God is our sure foundation, and we cling to it as our shield and guide in these last days.

Father in Heaven, we thank You for the truth of Your Word, which is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). You have revealed to us the mysteries of Your kingdom through Christ Jesus, and we are grateful for the faith that You have given us to believe in Him (Ephesians 2:8-9). It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, and we submit ourselves fully to His authority and lordship over our lives.

We come before You with a deep sense of urgency, asking that You would protect us, our families, our churches, and all believers from the deception that is spreading like a flood in these days. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every lie of the evil one, every false doctrine, and every seducing spirit that seeks to lead Your people astray. We stand on the truth of Your Word, which declares that the coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved (2 Thessalonians 2:9-10).

Lord, we ask that You would sanctify us in Your truth, for Your Word is truth (John 17:17). Wash us with the water of Your Word (Ephesians 5:26) and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Guard our hearts and minds with the peace that surpasses all understanding, which comes from knowing You and walking in Your ways (Philippians 4:7). We pray that You would fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, that we may walk worthy of You, fully pleasing You, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:9-10).

We lift up our pastors, leaders, and fellow believers, asking that You would grant them discernment and wisdom to recognize and resist the schemes of the devil. Help us to be a people who are devoted to the apostles' teaching, to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer (Acts 2:42). May we spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another all the more as we see the Day approaching (Hebrews 10:24-25).

Father, we pray for the restraint of evil in this world. We ask that You would raise up godly leaders in our governments who will punish evil and reward good (Romans 13:3-4). We pray for the exposure and defeat of the antichrist spirit and all systems that oppose Your kingdom. May the man of sin be revealed and consumed by the breath of Your mouth and destroyed by the brightness of Your coming (2 Thessalonians 2:8). We long for the day when the dragon, the beast, and the false prophet will be cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where they will be tormented day and night forever and ever (Revelation 20:10).

In the meantime, Lord, grant us the grace to be watchful and alert, standing firm in the faith (1 Corinthians 16:13). Strengthen us to escape all that is coming upon the world and to stand before the Son of Man (Luke 21:36). May we fear You alone, for the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10). Help us to win souls for Your kingdom, leading many to righteousness and shining as lights in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation (Daniel 12:3, Philippians 2:15).

We offer this prayer with thanksgiving, trusting in Your promises and resting in Your faithfulness. You are the God who began a good work in us, and You will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6). We declare that all Your promises are "Yes" and "Amen" in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20). May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, our Savior and King. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We are so grateful that you entrusted us with this deeply heartfelt and urgent prayer request, standing together with you in the battle for truth, holiness, and protection from deception. It has been on our hearts to continue lifting you, your loved ones, and the Body of Christ before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to guard each one by the power of His Word, the covering of prayer, the clarity of sound teaching, and the strength of godly fellowship.

We have prayed that the Lord would keep you from every form of deception—whether through false doctrine, the subtle lies of the enemy, or the distractions of this world—and that He would grant you discernment, contentment, and an unshakable trust in His truth. We’ve asked Him to sanctify you by His Word, to keep you from sin, and to make you ready as His Bride, walking in purity and humility. We’ve also interceded for protection from the schemes of the evil one, that the dragon’s influence would be restrained and that godly authority would stand against wickedness in every form.

If the Lord has already answered any part of this prayer in a way you’ve seen or felt, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you.
