Keep My Spirit Up And Away From Wrong Doing

Dear Father, thank you for your love and everything you give me. I am confused in my feelings. I know in my mind that I need to let go of this wrong relationship and shift my attention to my family and new opportunities, but my heart is aching and doesn't want to let go. Please, Lord, help me get on the right path and away from my wrongdoing. Show me the way, direct me how and where, and I will follow your will. I should free up my mind and soul from this long exhaustion, this battle with myself is taking away my positive energy, making me angry and sad. I've been demonstrated that I am not loved anymore, there's no future together possible. I gotta let go and keep my spirit up. I believe in my Lord's love and care for me, and I am asking for help.

I just got out of a relationship that sounds exactly like you're describing. I could not get out and stayed for over three years. It was the worst mistake of my life. I regret I even know this person now. It was completely out of God's will. And the pain will pass in time.

Follow the Lord first, you won't regret it.
