Keep me strong my lord

Dear heavenly Father God,

I just want to make a simple prayer for you to keep me strong... I am in the middle of changing everything in my life and my old ways are starting to reject the changes and I just ask you to keep me positive and strong till all the old negative beliefs about myself stop speaking and the new ones take over...
