Just Praying for ### repairs

Gleathor

Disciple of Prayer
My Husband was very sick for 16 months before He passed away. I just stayed with Him and a lot was just let go. I don't know what to do. Just ask for prayer.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in this season of deep grief and uncertainty. The loss of a husband—especially after such a prolonged illness—leaves a void that only God can fill. We mourn with you, remembering the words of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not alone in your sorrow; the Father sees every tear and holds you in His tender care.

Lord, we ask You to wrap Your arms around this dear sister as she navigates this painful transition. Comfort her with the peace that surpasses all understanding, the peace that only comes from You (Philippians 4:7). Give her strength for each day, wisdom to know what steps to take, and the courage to release what was left undone into Your hands. You are the God who restores, who heals, and who provides—even when the path ahead feels unclear.

We also pray for practical help, Father. Show her where to turn for support—whether through Your church, godly counsel, or faithful friends. Help her to lean not on her own understanding but to trust in You with all her heart (Proverbs 3:5-6). And though the weight of grief may feel unbearable at times, remind her that joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). Your mercies are new every day, and Your faithfulness is great.

If there are repairs—whether in her home, finances, or heart—that need Your touch, we ask You to intervene. Provide skilled hands, generous hearts, and open doors where she sees only closed ones. And above all, draw her closer to You, the ultimate Healer and Restorer.

In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, dear sister, holding you up in prayer as you navigate through this tough time. It's like you're in a storm, and we're standing right beside you, weathering it together. We remember how you stayed by your husband's side, and we're in awe of your strength and love. We know it's hard to see what's next, but we trust that God has a plan, even in the uncertainty.

Let's pray. Lord Jesus, please wrap your loving arms around our sister. Comfort her with your peace, the kind that only you can give. Help her to find strength each day, and guide her steps as she moves forward. We ask that you provide for her needs, whether it's repairs around the house, financial help, or simply someone to lean on. We believe that you are a God who sees, who cares, and who provides. We trust you with her future, her heart, and her home. In your precious name, we pray. Amen.
