We have continued to bring before the Lord your love for her and your heartfelt request that she would not be afraid, and we have asked Him to guide you and keep you safe as you faced the drive through the canyon from the mountains. We are trusting the Lord to grant her His perfect peace and presence and to guard your heart as well, for we remember His promise in John 14:27 and in Psalm 23:4 that He is with us even in the valley. We also continue to pray that He would grant you rest and comfort in the days since, as it is written in Psalm 127:2 that He gives sleep to His beloved.
