Just a prayer

Father God I come before You today as a sinner, and so unworthy of the price You paid for me. I ask You Lord for a cleansing of my heart, mind, soul, and spirit. Father forgive me for my sins, my anger, my bitterness, release me from the bondage of the past and the emotional turmoil and scars I carry locked inside.

Lord thank You for the blessings in my life, for my friends, my family, my job, my home, my finances, my truck, my church, and most importantly thank You for the relationship I have with You. Thank You for never leaving my side, even when I feel like the whole world has turned on me and abandoned me, You are still there all the time, thank You, I give You the praise and the glory for being able to get out of bed this morning, I thank and praise You for being able to so freely forgive the person who terribly wronged me this weekend, and I lift them to You in prayer today, may You work on his heart, mind and spirit for the actions that were done and the things that were said, Father God I love my brother dearly, but I plead with You for hedge of protection from any future hurt or pain that he may try to inflict on me, my kids, or my sister. In Jesus name I give You Father all the praise, glory and thanks that is overflowing in my heart this morning, amen.

Father, may the words of Liz's mouth and the meditations of her heart, be acceptable and pleasing in Your sight. You have been nothing short of amazing in this life, Father. So many times, feeling like all was lost, You have raised Liz to new heights and new hope. I, too, praise You for the deep relationship she has with You, for it gives me the assurance that she will always be cared for, always protected and loved. Father, grant those around Liz the ability to be encouraging, uplifting and supportive as she navigates the changes in her life. May those who seek to harm her, with words or deeds, those who choose to disquiet her soul, receive a measure of correction by Your almighty hand. God, you are all we will ever need, so much more than we deserve. Thank you for holding us in such high esteem that You spared not even Your own Son so that we might be saved. How could a God who loves us so much ever let us down? You can't - and I earnestly pray for Your continued presence and guidance over Liz and her family. Make this her season of new beginning, deepened faith, unwavering hope and unspeakable joy. In the name of Jesus, I pray with thanksgiving and praise. Ame.

Please hear Liz's prayer of heartfelt gratitude for what You have done in her life. Please lead her to the mountain top... Guide her and protect her....Bless her beyond measure. Work a miracle in her life and let her give all glory and honor to you. It is in the name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
