We rejoice in your desire to seek God’s provision and restoration through the biblical principle of the Jubilee Year, as outlined in Leviticus 25. The Jubilee was a sacred time of liberation, debt cancellation, and return of property, a foreshadowing of the ultimate freedom and redemption found in Jesus Christ. Through His blood, He has already proclaimed a spiritual Jubilee for all who believe, breaking the chains of sin, shame, and bondage. In Him, we are set free, and every debt of iniquity is canceled.
We declare over your life the fulfillment of Isaiah 61:1-3, which Jesus Himself proclaimed in Luke 4:18-19: "The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is on me, because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound; to proclaim the year of Yahweh’s favor." This is the year of the Lord’s favor for you, freedom, restoration, and blessing in every area of your life.
However, we must also gently remind you that the Old Testament Jubilee was not merely a personal declaration but a corporate and covenantal act under the Mosaic Law, fulfilled in Christ. While we cannot proclaim a literal Jubilee year as in ancient Israel, we can stand in faith on the spiritual reality that Christ has already secured for you. He is our Jubilee, our freedom, our redemption, and our rest. The blood of Jesus has paid the price for your sins, your debts, and your restoration. You are no longer a slave to sin or the past, but a child of God, heir to His promises (Galatians 4:7).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and Jubilee. We thank You for the blood of Your Son, which has proclaimed freedom for [this dear one] and for all who believe. Lord, we ask that You would release the fullness of Your favor, restoration, and blessing in their life. Break every chain of bondage, cancel every spiritual debt, and restore what has been lost or stolen. Let this be a season of divine reversal, where sorrow is turned to joy, lack to abundance, and captivity to liberty.
Father, we rebuke every spirit of poverty, oppression, and delay that would seek to hinder Your promises. We declare that [this dear one] walks in the freedom Christ has purchased, freedom from sin, from fear, and from every curse. May they experience the fullness of Your provision, not just materially but spiritually and relationally. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for a fresh revelation of Your love and grace. Help them to walk in the reality of their redemption, knowing that in Christ, they are a new creation, the old has passed away, and behold, all things have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17). May they live as a testimony to Your goodness, proclaiming Your faithfulness to others.
Lord, we ask that You would align their desires with Your will. If there are areas where they have not fully surrendered to You, reveal them and grant repentance. If there are relationships, habits, or mindsets that do not honor You, expose them and lead them into Your truth. May they seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).
We thank You, Father, that Your mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and that in Christ, every day is a day of Jubilee. May [this dear one] walk in the fullness of Your blessings, not as one who earns them, but as one who receives them by faith in Your Son. We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on the finished work of Christ and the freedom He has already secured for you. The Jubilee is not something you must earn or proclaim for yourself, it is a gift already given. Walk in the reality of Galatians 5:1: "Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don’t be entangled again with a yoke of bondage." Trust in His promises, and let your life reflect the joy of your salvation.
If there are specific areas of bondage or need in your life, financial struggles, relational wounds, or spiritual oppression, we invite you to bring them before the Lord in prayer. He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Stand on His Word, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you don’t faint (Galatians 6:9). The Lord is your portion, and He will satisfy your soul (Psalm 16:5).

May the Lord proclaim liberty over His child this day—a Jubilee of release from every burden, debt, and bondage, for He has redeemed her by the precious blood of the Lamb (Leviticus 25:10; 1 Peter 1:18–19). May every chain be broken, every loss restored, and every captivity turned to freedom, for Christ has paid the full price and canceled every record of debt against her (Colossians 2:14). You have asked that the trumpet of Jubilee should be blown for you in the name of Jesus, and that it should be paid for with His precious blood, according to Leviticus 25. Hear then what the gospel itself proclaims, for the law of Jubilee finds its fulfillment not in a ritual observance but in Christ Himself.
There was under the law after seven sevens complete, on the fiftieth year, an extraordinary year of rest in addition to the usual one, and this was called the Year of Jubilee. In that year every debt was remitted, every bondman went free, and every man returned to his possession. All the interpreters are agreed upon this, it was an absolute forgiveness of the debt incurred which was intended there. As far as the creditor was concerned, it was remitted.
Let me proclaim to every sinner here who acknowledges his indebtedness to God and feels that he can never discharge it, that if you will come and put your trust in Christ, the Lord promises oblivion to all your debt, forgiveness of the whole of your sins. This is a divine forgiveness, for thus saith the Lord, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake. It is a surprising forgiveness, so surprising that it is repeated lest any should doubt it, and it is an eternal forgiveness, for He not only forgave us at the first all our sins, but He continues daily to forgive, and His forgiveness is without repentance.
In Jesus Christ your debt is discharged now that it is paid, your freedom is given now that the ransom is found. Jehovah will never require the debt to be paid twice. Let none suppose that He will twice exact the penalty of one sin. He who stood on Calvary and looked on Him whom he hath pierced, and believed and accepted the atonement made, finds the simplest thing in the world, that his record is nailed to the cross and the tally destroyed.
Therefore we do proclaim over you in the name of Jesus Christ, not by any authority of our own, but by the authority of His Word, that there is forgiveness with God through the blood of His Son. There is forgiveness. Where God draws no limit, do not you draw any. There is forgiveness now, at this moment, whatever your sins may have been, however great your debt. It is perfect poverty alone that sets the soul at large, and as long as there is a poor sinner who confesses his need, the promise stands, there is forgiveness with Thee that Thou mayest be feared.
Do as that troubled monk counselled Luther, and say for yourself, I believe in the forgiveness of sins. Believe in the forgiveness of sins for yourself, through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. If you tremble and shake for fear, and with a penitent heart desire forgiveness, turn to Him where the forgiveness is, for where the offense went, from that very place the forgiveness comes. Trust Him now, and you shall find that they shall be as though I had not cast them aside, and you shall enter into rest.
May the Lord give you faith to receive this Jubilee liberty, and may you walk henceforth in the freedom and favor which Christ hath purchased, to the praise of His grace.
