Joshua My Son

My son was involved in a double fatal car accident on 2/1/11, two of his friends died, he was driving according to preiminary reports. Sheriff office is investigating, and will be submitting charges for two counts of vehicular homicide, Josh broke his neck C1,C2,C7 and 2 ribs, punctured lung, broken tail bone and sacarilliac, he also has a bone fragment in his artery that is inopperable, the doctors say it may (in a perfect world) work itself out. Josh is severly depressed, carring the weight of the world on his shoulders. It was a day of fun and turned to tragedy, he can not get past it. The two boys that lived have not made any contact with him- they blame him. Josh is feeling that God made a mistake by saving his life. My request is prayer for Joshua to realize God did not make a mistake and stop blaming him, (he is healing physically), also for the favor of God for no charges to be filed against him, as all the boys were participating, and the favor of God to allow the deceased boys families to know that Josh did not get up that morning and say I am going to kill two of my friends, that forgiveness is there, true the boys should not have been doing what they were doing, and all participated, unfortunately it cost two lives. I request prayers for his emotional healing as well as his faith healing. He acts if he has lost all hope and he has resolved himself to rotting in jail for 30 years. Josh missed being a quadraplegic by a centimeter and dying at the scene by a millimeter (bone fragment in his neck). God spared him and I believe he has great plans for him, and not for jail. Josh always believed in God and now his fait has been shaken. He is a great young man. Thank you for your prayers for the emotional, spiritual and legal items above. God Bless all of you.

Oh Lord, I Pray for Joshua and all involved in this horrible accident Lord, May they find their way to You and to Forgiveness, as this was indeed, an horrific accident. Lord, Shower your Mercy and Grace upon Joshua and all these families Lord.

Let them all feel your Presence Lord, Help Joshua Lord, Overcome this depression Lord, and may he see why you spared his Life Lord, For he can certainly help others when he has recovered Lord, Through your Divine Intervention Lord, Be with the families of these boys that are with you now Lord, Give them your Hope and Your Great Comfort, in these times Lord, May they all call out to you Lord, In Jesus Name Amen

Dear Jesus, words fail us in the face of such tragedy, but we know that you hear the unspoken prayers of all of us. We lift all these families up to You Jesus and we ask You to have mercy on them. Help them to find forgiveness in their hearts as difficult and as heart-breaking as it is. We ask this in Jesus name.Lord please help Josh to forgive himself in Jesus name. Amen!

I cried when I read this feeling the brokenness of your son's heart. May you, Lord, reach down and touch him and give him renewed hope and strength to continue his faith journey and walking with you. Change him where he needs it most along with a quick recovery for your purposes to be fulfilled in his life that would witness to others of your great mercy in sparing his life that would bring glory to you and your kingdom. Give him an attitude of gratitude and strengthen all involved. Let forgiveness come forth that they all may walk in love to one another. Let thy kingdom come, thy will be done in the name of Jesus, all glory to you for what you do in this person's life, amen!

You know the plans you have for Josh, heal him restore him and bring him to the salvation of Jesus Christ.

Intervene and make the paths straight, may your mercy and favor flow, give your peace and remove depression.

Turn the situation around, and let all things work for good.
