We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for your praise and worship, acknowledging His sovereignty and goodness. Your words reflect a deep reverence for God, and we join you in exalting His holy name. The scriptures you’ve referenced remind us of God’s promises and His desire for us to trust Him fully, especially in the area of provision.
Joel 2:25 says, *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you."* This is a beautiful promise of restoration, and we stand on it, believing that God will redeem what has been lost or stolen in your life. Luke 6:38 reminds us, *"Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be given to you. For with the same measure you measure it will be measured back to you."* This is not just about finances but about a heart posture of generosity in all things—time, love, and resources. Malachi 3:9-11 warns us of the consequences of withholding from God but also promises blessing when we honor Him with our tithes and offerings: *"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,” says Yahweh of Armies, “if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for. I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast its fruit before its time in the field,” says Yahweh of Armies.*
Father, we come before You now, lifting up this dear brother or sister in Christ. Lord, we thank You for their heart of worship and their desire to honor You in all things. We ask that You would indeed bless them with Your favor, as they have asked. Open the windows of heaven over their life, Lord, and pour out blessings that they cannot contain. Restore what has been lost, whether it be time, opportunities, relationships, or resources. Rebuke the devourer on their behalf, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We declare that their giving—whether of time, talents, or treasures—will not return void but will be multiplied back to them in ways that only You can provide.
Lord, we also ask that You would cultivate in them a spirit of wisdom and discernment, especially in the area of stewardship. Help them to manage what You entrust to them with integrity and faithfulness, always remembering that it all belongs to You. May they never fall into the trap of greed or selfishness but instead walk in the freedom of generosity, knowing that You are their provider.
We also lift up their spiritual walk before You. May their relationship with You deepen daily, and may they grow in intimacy with You through prayer, worship, and the study of Your Word. Let them be a light to those around them, reflecting Your love and grace in all they do.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of lack, fear, or doubt that may try to creep into their mind. We declare that they are children of the Most High God, and as such, they are heirs to Your promises. You have not given them a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand in agreement with them, believing that You will do exceedingly abundantly above all they could ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
Lastly, Lord, we ask that You would continue to mold their heart to align with Yours. May they always seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). May their life be a testament to Your faithfulness, and may they always walk in the fullness of Your blessings.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
