Joe pitched awesome Monday and Tuesday. The team won both games. Coach put Joe in the last inning tonight Wed. to pitch. The team was up by 4. Tonight was not a good night for Joe. Joe hit a batter, and gave up 4 runs. As a result they lost the game.

Joe is very upset. There are scouts watching the team play. His desire is to be picked up by a college to play baseball and to get his degree in teaching.

Before Joe pitches he gets on one knee and prays to our Lord to help him pitch great for his team. Joe is a child of God. Please pray that Joe will overcome this loss and come back strong with the power and strength of our Lord Jesus Christ, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.

I’ve texted and called Joe tonight but no response. My heart is broken for him. I love my Joe so very much. I know how much he wants to be the very best. Joe knows that our Heavenly Father has given him these great talents and gifts. God has blessed him with the ability to play baseball/pitch and so much more. He knows that when he plays he should honor, praise and glorify God.

Please pray that our Lord will watch over him and protect him wherever he is.
