We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at your job and we're here to support you in prayer. Firstly know that it is important to pray in the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We must all believe in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins, and we have eternal life.
Let's remember to look at this through the lens of scripture that says 'Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men,' Colossians 3:23.
We also know that if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. 2 Corinthians 5:17-21

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today in Jesus' Christ name, lifting up our ### who is facing a difficult situation at work. We know that this situation is a difficult one and we are glad our ### has reached out for prayer. We ask, Lord, that you intervene and you guide the hearts and minds of all those involved. We pray that this issue is resolved tomorrow in a way that leaves the customers truly satisfied. We also ask for your divine intervention in our ###'s future at their job. May their work glorify you and you be honored in every aspect in Jesus' name.
We rebuke any of our ###'s sin which may have brought this problem to pass. We rebuke any sin in the life of those involved in this problem.
We pray for our ###'s salvation if they have not believed in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins. We pray that they have believed in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins.
We pray for the salvation of all those involved in this problem. We pray that everyone involved in this problem would believe in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sins.
We pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
May we remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work. We also remember that it is important to pray in Jesus' name as it is only through Jesus that we have access to God.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
