Your cry has been heard, and the pain of being mistreated, excluded and humiliated at work is not hidden from the Lord. To be treated like a pariah before the eyes of others cuts deeply, and it is right to bring that wound to Him and ask for His help.
Scripture shows us that God, in His love, does not make either hardship or refreshment continual, but weaves the life of His people out of both. Joseph knew agitation and suspicion, then joy at the angel's message and the birth of the child, then danger from Herod and flight, then joy again at the star. So too your life is in His hands, and this present season of being shut out and looked down upon is not the end of His weaving. He sees you where you are stuck, and He is able to mingle comfort and provision into hardship in His time.
We pray for you now that God would give you endurance as one who sees Him who is invisible. Like Moses who did not fear the wrath of the king because his eyes were on God, may you be given strength to stand with integrity and quiet faithfulness even when you are excluded from meetings and conversations. May the Lord guard your heart from bitterness or despair, and block every approach of the enemy who seeks to use idle discouragement and humiliation to lead you astray. Keep watching and being sober in prayer, giving yourself to what is good, singing psalms and seeking His presence daily, so that your heart is filled with the Holy Spirit rather than with the voices of those who mistreat you.
We ask God to open the right door for you according to His wisdom, whether that is a new position or renewed grace and favor where you are. We ask Him to give you wisdom for how to work diligently before Him, to provide for your needs, and to let your citizenship in heaven be your confidence. Your body and your labor now may know humiliation, as Christ Himself knew, but we wait for the Savior from heaven who will one day fashion all things anew.
May the Lord lift the weight of shame you feel before your colleagues, remind you that your worth is in Christ, and give you peace that you are not forgotten. May He grant you favor, clear guidance, and in the meantime a steady strength to do your work faithfully for His glory. We will continue to pray that He sustains you, defends you, and leads you step by step until His purpose for you is made clear.
