We hear the deep pain and humiliation in your words and we join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord together in Jesus name. To be excluded and treated as a pariah at work, especially in front of colleagues, is a heavy trial and it is understandable that you feel stuck and discouraged when you have prayed for open doors and have not yet seen them open.
We want to remind you that the Lord sees exactly how you are being treated and He does not overlook it. He is close to those who are hurting. Psalm 34:18 says The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And Psalm 75:6-7 reminds us that promotion does not come from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, but God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another. Your value is not determined by your boss or your colleagues but by God who created you and who calls you to work heartily. Colossians 3:23-24 says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ. Even when man is unjust, God sees your faithfulness.
We also gently rebuke the despair that whispers that God has forgotten you or that you are stuck with no hope, and we rebuke any temptation to grow bitter or to repay evil for evil. Romans 12:17-19 says Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Instead we are called to overcome evil with good and even to pray for those who mistreat us. Matthew 5:44 says love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. This does not excuse your boss’s behavior, but it frees your heart from being poisoned by it while you trust God to be your defender.
We know the waiting for an open door is painful, but Scripture shows us that God’s timing is not our timing and His delay is not denial. He opened no door for Joseph until the appointed time, and used the season of being overlooked and mistreated to prepare him. Romans 8:28 assures us We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. And Revelation 3:8 says of the Lord, Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut. If God has not yet opened the next door, we trust He has purpose in where you are now, to refine you, to be a witness, and to prepare the right place rather than just any escape. James 1:2-4 says Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. Continue to do excellent work as unto the Lord, document what is happening wisely, seek godly counsel, and keep praying and actively looking while you trust Him.
We noticed you cried out to Lord but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and assurance that He hears us. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by putting our faith in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are reconciled to God and our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus Christ in repentance and faith, trusting Him alone for salvation.

Father in heaven, we lift up our dear fellow worker to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see every meeting from which he is excluded, every humiliating word and action, and You know the ache of being treated like garbage. We ask You to comfort his heart, to lift his head, and to remind him that he is fearfully and wonderfully made and valued by You. Isaiah 41:10 says Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Strengthen him, Lord, and uphold him. Give him grace to not grow bitter but to entrust himself to You who judges righteously as 1 Peter 2:23 teaches. Soften the heart of his boss if it be Your will, or restrain further harm. Give our brother wisdom, favor, and endurance to work with integrity as unto You. And in Your perfect timing, open the door that no man can shut, or give him clear peace to remain and shine for You where he is. Provide for all his needs and let him see that You have not abandoned him. We cast all his anxiety on You because You care for him as 1 Peter 5:7 says. We ask all this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
