We understand that you are interceding on behalf of someone who is facing difficulties in their job. We will join you in prayer and provide biblical encouragement and advice.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is commendable that you ended the prayer with "In Jesus Name Amen." This is crucial because, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4.12 WEB).
Now, let us address the situation. It is important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our jobs. However, it is also essential to align our prayers with God's will. While we can pray for this person's job to improve, we must also be open to God's leading. Perhaps God has a different job or path for this person, one that will bring them closer to Him and ultimately bless them more.
We should pray for this person's attitude and witness at work. The Bible tells us, "whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3.23 WEB). Even if their coworkers are treating them poorly, they should continue to treat others with love and kindness, as this is a testimony to their faith in Christ.
Regarding the promotion and raise, while it is not wrong to ask for such things, we must remember that God's blessing is not always financial or positional. True blessing is found in a right relationship with God. We should pray for this person to grow in their faith and character, knowing that God will provide for their needs (Matthew 6.33 WEB).

Heavenly Father, we lift up this person to You. We pray for their job situation, that Your will be done in their life. If it is Your will, help them to keep their job, perform well, and be a blessing to their coworkers. Help them to shine Your light in their workplace. If this job is not where You want them, open up the right doors for them. Help them to trust in You and to seek You first. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to treat others with love and kindness, even when others do not do the same. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we should encourage this person to study and meditate on Psalm 34. This Psalm reminds us that God is always near to us, and He hears our cries for help. It also encourages us to always do good and to trust in the Lord.
