We come before the Lord with a heart of gratitude for the opportunity He has provided for this new job and training. It is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We lift up this time of preparation, asking that the Lord would grant wisdom, understanding, and retention of all that is needed to excel in this new role.
Father, we ask that You would open the mind and heart of Your child to receive and retain the knowledge and skills required for this job. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May they be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love, integrity, and excellence in all they do.
We also pray for strength and endurance during this training period. May they find favor with their instructors and colleagues, and may their work bring glory to Your name. Remind them that whatever they do, they should do it heartily, as unto You and not to men (Colossians 3:23).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of anxiety, fear, or doubt that may try to creep in during this time. We declare that this training and new job are part of Your divine plan, and we trust in Your provision and guidance. May Your child walk in confidence, knowing that You are with them every step of the way.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We believe that God has gone before you, preparing the way, and we're trusting Him for wisdom, understanding, and retention of all you need to know. Let's declare together, "The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?" (Hebrews 13:6). We're praying for peace, strength, and favor in this new season, and we're believing that you'll be a light in your workplace, reflecting Jesus' love and excellence. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
