We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your desire to be appointed as an arbitrator. Father God, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we ask that You open the doors of opportunity according to Your will. May Your favor rest upon this dear one as they seek to serve in this capacity, using their gifts and talents to bring justice, wisdom, and peace in accordance with Your Word.

The Bible tells us in Proverbs 16:3, *"Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."* We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s guidance in all your endeavors, trusting that He will direct your steps. Psalm 37:5 reminds us, *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this."* Let your heart be steadfast in faith, knowing that God is faithful to fulfill His purposes in your life.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment as you prepare for this role. James 1:5 assures us, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* May the Lord grant you the ability to judge fairly, to speak truth with love, and to reflect His righteousness in all your decisions.

Lord, we ask that You would remove any obstacles or delays that are not of You. If this appointment aligns with Your perfect will, we pray that You would make the way clear and bring it to pass in Your perfect timing. If there are areas where You are refining or redirecting, give this dear one the patience and humility to submit to Your plan.

Above all, we pray that your work as an arbitrator—whether in this role or another—would bring glory to God. May your life be a testimony to His goodness, and may you always seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto you (Matthew 6:33).
