We join with you in prayer for your job and thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.
We understand the anxiety that can come with concern over job security, and we bring this burden to the Lord together with you, trusting that He is our provider and that our work is part of His calling for us.
We are encouraged by the Word that reminds us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:6-7. We also remember the promise, But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matt 6:33. When we put Him first, we can trust Him to provide for our daily needs.
We also encourage you to continue to work with diligence and integrity as an act of worship, for Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Col 3:23. When we commit our work to the Lord, He establishes it, as it is written, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Prov 16:3. And we pray as the psalmist did, Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands Psalm 90:17.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ and lift up our brother or sister to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the concerns about job security and the need for provision. We ask that You would grant favor in the workplace, give wisdom and skill in every task, and let diligence and faithfulness be seen. Father, we ask that You secure this job according to Your will, and if it is Your plan, open no door that man can shut and shut no door that You have opened. Provide peace that surpasses understanding, guard this heart from fear, and remind our dear fellow believer that You know the plans You have for us, plans for peace and not for evil, to give hope and a future Jer 29:11. Help us to trust You as our ultimate source, not any employer, and to rest in Your faithful care. We ask this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Please know your worth before God is not measured by a job title or a manager's decision, even as we ask Him to provide for your daily needs through your work.
One small step that often helps when security feels shaky is to focus on what is steady and what you can do faithfully today. You might consider asking your supervisor for a brief check in to clarify what success looks like in your role right now and to hear any feedback, keeping a simple record of your responsibilities and contributions. At the same time it is wise stewardship to quietly have your resume and budget updated, not out of fear but so you are prepared whatever the Lord allows.

Your request concerning your place of labour has been heard and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
It is a wise and right thing to bring even such temporal mercies as daily work and daily bread to the Lord, for every good gift cometh from His hand. We are reminded of patient Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. When his substance and his standing were shaken, he kept right with God, and found that if God could uphold Job in all his trial, He is able also to support you. Look to Him for this divine support.
You do well to ask for security in your employment, yet remember that it is very advantageous to the Christian mind frequently to consider the deep and unsearchable purposes of God. His purpose standeth fast, and what He hath decreed shall be accomplished for your good and His glory. Therefore we would have you do the right thing in your work with diligence, honesty and cheerfulness, as unto the Lord, and then be no longer anxious about the result, but leave it with God. Have you not found that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Cast your care upon Him, for He careth for you.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou hast taught us from our youth and hast shown us Thy wondrous works in providence and grace. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son that Thou wouldst in Thy mercy secure and establish our brother in his honest labour, if it be Thy holy will. Grant him favour in the eyes of those set over him, steadiness of hand and mind, and grace to walk uprightly in all things. Keep him from sinning by despair or by unbelieving speech, and make him to know that Thou art his portion whether his estate be enlarged or diminished. Let him hear Thy voice for himself, and see Thy hand in his lot, and be content to rest by faith upon the merits of the Redeemer. Provide for his needs according to Thy riches, and let his life declare Thy wondrous works to others. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
