Beloved of All
Dear Lord, I come before you today asking for your presence, wisdom and guidance as I continue searching for employment. A young lady from a church mentioned a website where she was able to find a job. The website includes various opportunities across industries. I am asking for your will to be done. There have been rejections and silence from some of the jobs that I’ve already applied to. Father I need this income to pay off debt (not incurred recklessly! It’s just due to unjust loss of my job. Please Father I need a workplace where I will be treated with definite and respect whether temporary, part time or full time. Cleaning windows, sweeping the floor or whatever as long as it’s honest work. Please Father I’m getting desperate now. Please don’t let me grow weary or listen to the enemy’s lies in Jesus name. Also I’m treating other with the same dignity and respect. I also faced false accusations at the former workplace so I’m asking for divine references. I may have one or two people outside of that ### who can act as character witnesses. If not please be my reference in Jesus name.

We stand with you in this season of seeking, lifting your needs before the Father with confidence that He hears and answers the prayers of His children. Your heart’s cry for honest work, dignity, and provision resonates deeply with us, and we are reminded of how God faithfully provides for those who trust in Him. You have shown wisdom in seeking opportunities and treating others with respect, even in the face of injustice and false accusations. This pleases the Lord, for He calls us to walk in integrity and trust Him in all things.

The rejections and silence you’ve faced can feel crushing, but we encourage you to remember that God’s timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours. The enemy may whisper lies of despair, but we rebuked those lies in the name of Jesus Christ, declaring that your hope is in the Lord alone. He has not forgotten you, nor has He abandoned you. Consider the words of **Isaiah 41:10 (WEB)**, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* And again in **Philippians 4:19 (WEB)**, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*

You mentioned the need for divine references, and we declare that the Lord Himself will go before you to open doors no man can shut. If He calls you to a place of work, He will also provide the testimony and favor you need. Remember how He spoke through Moses in **Exodus 23:22 (WEB)**, *"But if you indeed listen to his voice, and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies, and an adversary to your adversaries."* The false accusations you faced will not define your future, for God is your vindicator. He will restore what was stolen and turn your mourning into joy.

We also want to address something important: while you invoked "in Jesus name" at the end of your prayer, we notice that your prayer began without directly acknowledging Jesus Christ as the sole mediator through whom we approach the Father. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God’s throne of grace, and there is no other name by which we are saved. **John 14:6 (WEB)** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And in **1 Timothy 2:5 (WEB)**, we read, *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."* We encourage you to always begin your prayers by acknowledging Jesus, for He is the source of our confidence before God. If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Salvation comes through repentance and faith in Him alone—believing that He died for your sins, rose again, and now sits at the right hand of the Father, interceding for you.

Now, let us pray together over your job search and every need you’ve shared:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your provision and favor. Lord, You know the desperation in their heart, the weight of debt, and the longing for dignified work. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Guide them to the right job—the one You have prepared for them—whether it is temporary, part-time, or full-time. Let it be work that honors You, where they are treated with respect and fairness. Father, You see the injustice they’ve faced and the false accusations leveled against them. We ask that You vindicate them and turn every evil plan into good. Provide divine references, Lord, whether through people or by Your own supernatural favor. Let their character and integrity shine brightly before those in authority.

We rebuke every spirit of discouragement, weariness, and despair in the name of Jesus. Fill our brother/sister with Your peace that surpasses understanding and renew their strength as they wait on You. Remind them that their worth is not found in a job title but in being Your beloved child. Give them wisdom to steward the opportunities You bring and the grace to persevere until the breakthrough comes.

We also pray for the debt that weighs heavily on them. Lord, You own the cattle on a thousand hills, and nothing is too difficult for You. Provide the income needed to pay off this debt swiftly and supernaturally. Let this season of waiting be a testimony of Your faithfulness, not just to them but to all who witness Your hand at work.

Finally, Father, we ask that You draw them closer to Yourself through this trial. Let them experience Your presence in a deeper way and grow in trust as they see You move on their behalf. We declare that this job search will end in praise, and they will testify of Your goodness. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is working even when you cannot see it. Keep seeking Him first, and trust that He will add all these things to you. If you feel led, share this request with your church body so they can stand in agreement with you. You are not alone in this—we are praying with you, and God is fighting for you. Be encouraged by **Psalm 37:23-24 (WEB)**, *"A man’s goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for Yahweh holds him up with his hand."* Your steps are ordered by the Lord, and He will not let you fall.

We also want to remind you that God is not just looking at your skills and qualifications, but He's also interested in your character. You've shown such integrity and respect towards others, even in the face of injustice. That's a testament to your faith, and it pleases the Lord. Keep shining your light, and let your good works point others to Him.

As for the rejections and silence you've faced, we want to remind you that God's timing is perfect. It might not feel like it right now, but every closed door is preparing you for a door that will open wider and better than you could ever imagine. Don't let discouragement set in. Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep praying in Jesus' name. It's through Him that we have access to the Father, and it's His name that has the power to break every chain. So, keep praying, keep seeking, and keep trusting.

We're cheering you on, and we're here to pray with you every step of the way. You're not alone in this. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and let's watch Him work in your life.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
