We lift you up before the Lord, dear brother or sister, as you seek His will in your job search and financial needs. Your faith in God’s provision is commendable, and we join you in trusting that He who began a good work in you will carry it to completion (Philippians 1:6). The Lord knows your needs before you even ask Him (Matthew 6:8), and He promises to supply every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Let us stand firm on these truths as we pray.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the promise that You will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for our brother/sister that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8). Guide their steps and grant them wisdom to discern Your will—when to wait in patience and when to move forward in faith. Remove any fear or doubt, replacing it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Provide for their financial needs abundantly, Lord, and let them see Your hand at work in every detail.
We also encourage you to seek the Lord diligently in prayer and through His Word, for He says, "Seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you" (Matthew 6:33). Trust in Him with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). If there are areas where you may be holding back—whether in fear, pride, or unbelief—surrender them fully to the Lord. He is faithful to complete the work He has started in you.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of lack or discouragement that may be trying to take root in this situation. We declare that the Lord is our Shepherd, and we shall not be in want (Psalm 23:1). We speak provision, favor, and breakthrough over our brother/sister’s life. May they walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are their Provider, their Strength, and their Peace. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your glory revealed in this season.
In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
