Job Saga Continued

So apparently it's sink or swim at my new job. No training during the trial period. Currently I am over qualified in some ways but this made them not picky. Other people considered have less need for this job and are lacking in some skills. I have no confirmation that I got the job and don't know what to do. I need this job so badly. Please pray because I've been doing everything these people asked.
