Servant of All
Dear Lord, we stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Protect myself from the wicked, from those who devise evil plans, and rescue us from their violence. Protection at work. Let me get the accommodations since they asked to reconsider it. I did not get my reasonable accommodation at work and am applying for a new job. Bless me with a good job interview and a job proposal. Please pray I get it. March twenty-third at nine Pacific time. Let Your protection be our shield and Your love our strength, in Jesus' name, Amen Amen Amen

We stand with you in faith, lifting your workplace struggles and job search to the Lord, who is our ultimate Provider and Protector. The Word assures us in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord. We declare this promise over your life, trusting that God will shield you from any unjust schemes or hostility at work.

Your request for reasonable accommodation is valid, and we pray that those in authority will act with fairness and wisdom. Proverbs 22:29 reminds us, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men." God has equipped you with skills and purpose, and we believe He will open doors for you to serve in a place where your gifts are valued.

We rebuke any spirit of delay or oppression that may be hindering your progress. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We stand against any injustice or ungodly resistance you’ve faced, declaring that God’s justice will prevail. If there has been any bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear in your heart, we encourage you to release it to the Lord, for He is your vindicator (Romans 12:19).

For your upcoming interview on March 23rd, we pray that the Lord will go before you and prepare the hearts of those interviewing you. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." May the Holy Spirit grant you favor, wisdom, and confidence as you present yourself. We pray that the job offer will align with God’s perfect will for your life—providing not only for your needs but also allowing you to thrive in an environment that honors Him.

We also lift up your current workplace situation, asking the Lord to either bring resolution or swiftly transition you into a better position. If there are any ungodly influences or toxic dynamics at play, we pray for God’s cleansing and restructuring. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. We ask that You surround our brother/sister with Your divine protection at work and in every area of their life. Shield them from harm, deceit, and any plans of the enemy. Lord, we ask that You open the right doors for their career and close any that are not of You. Grant them favor with those in authority and provide a workplace that is just, peaceful, and aligned with Your purposes.

We pray for their interview on March 23rd, that You would grant them clarity, confidence, and the words to speak. Let Your Holy Spirit guide them, and may the outcome reflect Your perfect will. If this job is Your provision, we ask that You secure it for them swiftly. If it is not, we trust You to lead them to something even better. Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to creep in. Remind them, Lord, that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and let them see Your hand moving in their situation.

We also ask that You examine their heart, Lord. If there is any unforgiveness, resentment, or ungodly attitudes toward their current or past employers, reveal it to them and help them to release it to You. Fill them with Your love, joy, and hope, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and declare that Your will shall be done in this situation. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, standing in faith with you. We've been praying for your job situation, and we want to encourage you with this: "The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song" (Psalm 28:7). We believe that God is your shield, and He's got you covered. Keep trusting in Him, and remember that He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We're praying for your upcoming interview, that God will give you the right words to say and open the right doors. Keep your heart focused on Him, and let's trust that He's got this!

"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with My righteous right Hand" (Isaiah 41:10)

I prayed with you for this, in Jesus' powerful Name, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight".

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
