We join you in gratitude for the opportunity to interview for this role, recognizing that every good and perfect gift comes from the Father above. It is right to place your trust in Him, for He holds your future in His hands and knows the plans He has for you—plans for welfare, not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
We pray that the hiring team would indeed see the gifts, experience, and godly character the Lord has developed in you. May they recognize not only your qualifications but also the integrity and work ethic that come from walking with Christ. Let your light shine before them, so they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).
As you wait for a response, we ask the Lord to fill you with supernatural patience and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). The waiting season can be difficult, but it is often in these moments that the Lord refines our trust in Him. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
We also lift up your heart, asking God to help you find joy regardless of the outcome. True joy is not found in circumstances but in the Lord Himself, who is our strength and portion forever (Psalm 73:26). If this role is His will for you, He will open the door in His perfect timing. If not, He has something even better prepared, for His ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9).
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the way You provide for Your children. We ask that You would guide this process according to Your will, and we trust You to work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this dear one in faith, and let them rest in the assurance that You are in control. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
