Job Position to be improved

Last 19 years I am working in one company. Still now I am not getting significant improvement. Nowadays, whom I have given training and less experience person sitting above my head. Please pray for me for

1) God should show his mercy to me

2) God should exalt me in this crucial situation

please help me in prayer
