Last 19 years I am working in one company Still now I am not getting

significant improvement ,Now days whom I given training and less experience person sitting above my head please pray for me for

1) God should show his merecy to me

2) God should exalt me inthis crucial situation

please help me in prayer

If god reveal anything about me pl inform me
