First, we want to affirm your desire to honor God in your work. Regarding your desire for a life-long partner, we rejoice in your longing for a God-fearing man who will love you as Christ loves the church. Marriage is a sacred covenant, designed by God to reflect His love and commitment to His people. Ephesians 5:25-28 tells us, *"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the church to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect. Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself."* We pray that the Lord would bring a man into your life who embodies this kind of love—one who is committed to walking with God and leading your family in faith.
However, we must also encourage you to guard your heart and ensure that any relationship you pursue is rooted in Christ. 2 Corinthians 6:14 warns us, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"* If you are currently in a relationship that does not honor God or is not moving toward marriage with a fellow believer, we urge you to seek the Lord’s guidance and consider whether it aligns with His will. The Lord desires for you to be in a relationship that draws you closer to Him, not one that pulls you away.

Lord, we lift up Your child’s desire for a godly husband. We ask that You prepare their heart and the heart of the man You have for them. Bring someone who loves You above all else, who will cherish and honor them as Your Word commands. Finally, we want to encourage you to trust in the Lord’s timing. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* The Lord knows the desires of your heart, and He will fulfill them in His perfect time. Continue to seek Him first, and He will add all these things to you.
