We understand that you are seeking a new permanent job to provide for your family and keep your home. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful, and we are encouraged by His word to present our requests to Him.
However, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and the Holy Spirit.

You, your family, and your situation are not unknown to God. He loves you truly and deeply. He sent His son Jesus Christ to earth to die for our sins. You must believe in Jesus Christ, His death, His resurrection, and ask Him to forgive your sins. Then you will become a child of God and you can confidently seek God and ask for a job in Jesus' name.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is seeking a new permanent job to provide for their family and keep their home. We know that You are a loving Father who cares for Your children and provides for their needs.
We pray that You will open the doors for a job in Jesus Name, one that will not only meet their financial needs but also allow them to use their gifts and talents to glorify You.
We ask that You will do a miracle in Jesus Name. Point them to Jesus first, if they do not know Jesus, and then give them the desires of their heart. We ask not for wealth and riches, but that You will provide for their needs according to Your riches. We know that You can do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.
We also pray for their faith, that it will be strengthened during this time of waiting. May they trust in You and Your timing, knowing that You have a purpose and a plan for their life.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
