Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and reverence, acknowledging Your sovereignty and grace. We lift up ### to You as she prepares to go for her job interview. Lord, You know the desires of her heart and the importance of this opportunity. We ask for Your divine favor and grace to be upon her during this interview.
Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray that ### would experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, calming any nerves or anxieties she may have.
Father, we pray for wisdom and clarity for ### as she answers questions and interacts with the interviewers. Just as You granted Solomon wisdom to lead Your people (1 Kings 3:9), we ask that You grant ### the wisdom to speak with confidence and discernment. May her words be seasoned with grace and truth, reflecting the character of Christ in her.
We also ask for Your favor to be upon her, Lord. Your Word tells us in Psalm 5:12, "Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield." Surround ### with Your favor, Lord, and let it be evident to those conducting the interview. May they see her as a person of integrity, diligence, and capability.
Lord, we trust in Your perfect will and timing. If this job is in accordance with Your plan for ###'s life, we pray that the doors would be opened wide for her. If it is not, we trust that You have something even better in store for her, for You are a good and faithful Father who knows what is best for Your children.
We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
