We hear your request and lift it up in prayer, standing on the promise that "whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son" (John 14:13 WEB). It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and we come before Him now, seeking His will and favor for your upcoming job interview.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, asking for Your divine guidance and favor as [###] prepares for their job interview on Thursday. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and we ask that You align them with Your perfect will. We pray that You would grant them wisdom, clarity, and confidence as they answer each question. May their words be filled with Your truth and grace, reflecting the light of Christ in all they say and do.

Father, we ask that You open the doors of opportunity that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8 WEB). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). We declare that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14 WEB), equipped with the skills and talents You have given them for this very moment. May they walk into that interview room with the assurance that You are with them, and that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).

Lord, we also pray for the interviewers. Soften their hearts to see the value and potential You have placed in [###]. Let them recognize the unique gifts and abilities that make them the right fit for this position. We ask that You remove any obstacles or distractions that could hinder this opportunity and that Your favor would rest upon them in a mighty way.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that may try to creep in. For You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We declare that [###] is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37 WEB), and that this job is already theirs according to Your will.

Father, we trust in Your timing and Your plans, which are to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Whether this job is the one You have prepared for them or another opportunity lies ahead, we ask that You lead them every step of the way. May they seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33 WEB).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
