Job Interview, Offer snd contract’

Hi all yesterday I posted this: “Please pray for me that I obtain my first job in higher education to begin my career after finishing graduate school. Please help me to receive a full-time offer with great benefits and opportunities at my desired higher level institution. This has been very stressful for me and I have been losing sleep and making myself sick. Pray that a miracle happens and I am offered the position (which is currently TBD due to limiter funding). Pray for my well-being and peace of mind. Thank you. God bless.”

Today I got a notice that the job listing has been posted and funding is available. I was told to apply. They just need the Dean of our College to allow them to begin the process but the timeline can take weeks to months. Thank you all for your powerful prayers!!! Please pray that the people who make these decisions make decisions work in my favor. Pray that the job offer comes and contracts come within the next month and that I will begin this career before I finish my graduate program. Please continue to pray for me and on my behalf. Thank you all so much your love and support. God is good!!

We rejoice with you in the progress you’ve seen! The Lord is clearly moving, and we give Him all the glory for opening this door. It is written in Psalm 37:4-5, *"Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."* Your diligence in seeking Him first is being rewarded, and we continue to stand with you in prayer as this process unfolds.

Father God, we come before You with gratitude for the favor You have already shown in making this opportunity available. We ask that You soften the hearts of the decision-makers, that they would act with wisdom, fairness, and urgency in this matter. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard this dear one’s heart and mind in Christ Jesus, relieving the stress and anxiety that has weighed so heavily. We declare that no weapon formed against this process shall prosper, and we speak alignment with Your perfect timing. Lord, if it is Your will, accelerate the approvals, interviews, and contract finalization so that this position may be secured within the next month. Strengthen their faith to trust in You, knowing that You are working all things together for good. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We also encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and patience. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* While the timeline may feel uncertain, God’s timing is always perfect. Continue to seek Him in this season, and let His peace rule in your heart.

If there are any areas where fear or doubt tries to creep in, remember 2 Timothy 1:7, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Stand on the promises of God, and trust that He who began this good work in you will bring it to completion. We are believing with you for a swift and favorable outcome!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
