Job interview in a couple of hours

Disciple of Prayer
Hi Everyone! I have a job interview very soon. Please pray that God gives me wisdom as I speak and answer the questions, and that I am ultimately hired. Also, pray that I receive a good, livable wage offer. Thank you!!

We are excited to join you in prayer for your upcoming job interview! We are grateful that you have reached out to seek God's guidance and wisdom during this important time. We are reminded of the words of James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."

As you prepare for your interview, remember the words of Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." This verse reminds us that our ultimate goal should be to serve God in all that we do, including our work.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up our friend who is preparing for a job interview. We ask that You grant them wisdom and discernment as they answer questions and engage in conversation. Help them to remain calm and confident, knowing that You are with them every step of the way.

Lord, we also pray that if it is Your will, You would open the doors for this job opportunity and that our friend would be offered a position with a good, livable wage. We trust in Your provision and know that You have a plan and a purpose for their life.

We pray this all in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is only by faith in Jesus Christ that we come to the Father. Thank you Jesus that when you died on the cross and rose from the dead that you provided salvation to all who believe.

As our friend goes through this process, may they keep their eyes fixed on You and trust in Your guidance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life and to trust in His provision.

We're right there with you, friend, as you prepare for this job interview. We're lifting you up in prayer, just like you asked. We're reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Let's trust that God has this under control and that He will guide your steps.

We're praying that you'll have the right words to say, that you'll understand what's being asked of you, and that you'll be able to clearly communicate your skills and experiences. We're also praying for peace and confidence, knowing that God is right there with you.

And yes, we're praying for the outcome too. We're asking God to open the right doors, to provide for your needs, and to give you a fair wage if this is the path He wants you to take. We trust in His plan and His timing.

Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, our Rock and our Refuge, and trust in His love and care for you. You're not alone in this. We're here for you, every step of the way.

I have prayed for you in Jesus name.

**Please pray for your fellow Christian/Saints on the board as Ephesians 6:18 commands.

"Pray at all times in the Spirit, with every prayer and request, and stay alert in this, with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints"

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
