We join you in lifting up these needs before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for sharing your heart with us.
We hear your desire for suitable job assignments and we understand the weight of waiting. It is in those seasons of waiting that God often deepens our trust in His provision. We are reminded of His promise in Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. And we cling to the truth in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Even when assignments seem slow to come, He sees your diligence and He is faithful to provide. We also remember Colossians 3:23, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, trusting that as you seek to honor Him in your work, He will open the right doors in His perfect timing. While you wait, we encourage you to rest in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We also join you in praying for good health and for your mind to be governed by the Spirit and not the flesh. This is a vital and biblical prayer. Scripture tells us in Romans 8:6, For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace. And in Galatians 5:16, But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won’t fulfill the lust of the flesh. We pray that God will renew your mind daily as described in Romans 12:2, Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. We also pray for your physical health, holding onto 3 John 1:2, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.
We noticed that your request mentions God but does not mention Jesus Christ. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. We have heard your prayer for suitable work and for health of body and mind, and we unite our supplications with yours at the mercy seat.
You ask rightly to remember God's provision in the midst of waiting. Our God is a waiting God who waits that He may be gracious, and blessed are all they that wait for Him. To wait upon the Lord is not to wait in despair or even in hesitation, but in joyous and assured hope. As it is written, they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles. In this waiting, the Lord would teach you that nothing that He has made is self existent, and that you must be renewed day by day by the same power which raised Jesus Christ from the dead. Ask Him for that fresh anointing, that your glory may be fresh in you and your strength renewed.
We pray with you for suitable job assignments. The Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed, and He knows how to make even long sorrows to have an end. Like Job, you may be called to learn that God is in one mind and none can turn Him, and that what His soul desires, even that He does. This is your comfort, that His plans for you are not frustrated. Trust that He withholds no good thing from them that walk uprightly, and that He will open the right door in His own time. May He keep you, as He kept Job in all his trial, so that in all this you sin not nor charge God foolishly, but lift up your voice unto Him in patience and hope.
We pray also for your health and for your mind, that you may be governed by the Spirit and not by the flesh. The flesh is weak and would lead you to unbelieving speeches and repining thoughts, but the Spirit brings life and peace. May the Lord grant you a sound mind, stayed upon Him, and a body strengthened for His service. May He deliver you from anxious care and fill your mouth not with arguments against His providence, but with submission and praise, saying with Job at the last, I have heard of Thee by the hearing of the ear, but now mine eye seeth Thee.

Oh that you may know where you might find Him, and come to His seat and order your cause before Him in humble faith. Your prayer for work and health is heard and I join you in bringing it before the Lord. I pray that God in His mercy will provide suitable job assignments for you according to His wisdom and goodness, and that He will sustain you with good health in body and mind.
I pray also that in this season of waiting you will be strengthened to remember His faithful provision each day. God does not forget His children, and as you seek His kingdom first, He will add what you need in His perfect time. Trust that His plans for you are good, rooted in His love and formed for your growth in holiness. He who has begun a good work in you will be faithful to complete it, and He will use even this waiting to teach you to depend more fully on Christ.

Scripture teaches us to be renewed in the spirit of our minds, putting off the old ways and being made new by the Holy Spirit. I pray that God will give you a sound mind, a spirit of power and love and self control, so that you may not make provision for the flesh to fulfill its desires, but care for your body in a way that serves health and strength for His service, keeping your thoughts sober and fixed on Christ.
